I paid to expedite the shipping and added a hot knife in a brand I wouldn't normally buy, just to make sure I had all the tools I'd need when my new, magic tool arrived. I even wen to the dispensary and dropped a boatload... This all went down on a Friday. By Monday, I hadn't been notified of my items shipping, even though I PAID TO EXPEDITE, so I wrote to the company. To my HORROR, this is the response I got from THOSE THIEVES " Mark (Discount Vape Pen) Sep 16, 2023, 10:15AM EDT "Hi Rachel I am extremely sorry for what I am going to tell you, but we are out of the Puffco Peak version that you purchased. This was the last device in stock and when it was picked for your order we discovered it was damaged. The "alternative device" was a neon green eye sore I declined and requested a cancellation of the entire order.
