Granted, my wife and I called the day before our date night, but we got confirmation, spoke to the babysitter, everything was established for our Friday evening date night with the sitter. She was supposed to come from 6:00 - 10:00 pm. We wait.....and wait....by 7:00, we had called both the sitter and the "emergency" number of the nanny service, no answer, just voice mail. We left numerous messages. It's now 70+ hours later, and not only did no one show up for the appointed night, and we are out the cost of our tickets to a show, but no one from Karoline's Nanny service has even had the professional decency to call us since screwing up our evening!!!!! That's the last time we'll be using them.

Now, after two change of owners, the quality of the services offered is really going downhill. Lack of responses on nanny requests, lack of clarity on contractual agreements, very poor communications on nannies placed for temporary service, and overall very low quality of the nannies provided. The service is so sloppy and unprofessional that has left me wonder whether they really perform background checks and driver's license checks on the temporary nannies as they claim. On one occasion, we had to take my 4-year old son to the ER for an accident that happened while the nanny was on duty. I am sorry, but I spend money on nanny because I want her to keep an eye on my children at all time, and pay attention to what the children are doing. We have switched to another agency and I recommend you do the same.

Dave Galceran is the Director for this location and he is great with the kids. Both my girls have enjoyed their time at camp. My oldest is too old to go anymore, but she was invited to be a counselor and had a great experience helping out with Christmas Camp this year. Miss April is really nice, too! They take field trips to lots of different places. It's great to know that my kids are being well cared for and are with people I trust in a postive environment with lots of opportunity to experience local attractions, parks and recreation areas.

The staff is friendly and professional, very organized, and keep the kids entertained. We do half days and I know they are in good hands.

Berry Bright is an AMAZING preschool, and I'll tell you why:…read more1. The teachers are very patient. I have seen them show love and firm rules to high-energy kiddos. WIth my kids that went into preschool knowing very very little english, they were patient with my very shy (cry when mom leaves) kids and helping grow their english vocabulary. 2. They show their love for God by saying prayers at snack time with the kiddos and praying for the kids that aren't there because they are sick. They also have several lessons that are based on bible stories. My favorite days at pick up were when my kids would come out with their stones and sling, after discussing the David and Goliath story. 3. They had a schedule that worked perfectly for me (as a stay at home mom that didnt want to send my kids away for long hours) and now have options for parents that work. The 3 day/week for 2 1/2 hrs worked great for me, and my kids were so prepared and ready for kindergarten, which leads me to my 4th point.. 4. By the end of the preschool, my kids were so ready, excited and prepared for kindergarten. My oldest walked into Kindergarten (we speak Hungarian at home and my kids had little english speaking experience outside of preschool) and it was a breeze for her; she became an aid of sorts to her teacher at one school and at her next school she got awards every quarter for academic excellence. 5. They show love to the kids. From years of experience, they read the kids emotions really well and know well how to direct their attention to give the kids more love, attention, slowing down of instruction, etc. This was big to me as my kids were super self-conscious going into preschool barely understanding anything. 6. Parties and special visitors (firefighters, dentist, etc) were so amazing. The kids were so excited about them! It is a big bummer that we are moving and I have to find another preschool with a similar low price and great quality. So grateful for the awesome experiences my kids had at Berry Bright!
