Sonrisa is more than just a studio to get your asanas on your mat, it's a place focused on all aspects of yoga. Sonrisa means "smile" in Spanish, and is like the sunrise--your heart's sunrise. Sonrisa is a place where we learn to live in our heart and give from our heart. When we do that, we smile more, and so does everyone else.
History
Established in 2018.
Sonrisa is the love child of Allowah and Beata, the combination of their passions and offerings to the local community. It is a place established by Truly Helpful and the new home of Yoga Quest University.
