First, I called and got the Bullhead City office who then gave me the number to call the Lake Havasu office. When I called them, I asked for the office manager's email so that I could pass on some compliments. She put me on hold while she "hunted down" that information for me. This is a huge corporation with nine offices, their website listing Lake Havasu as their central office. Wouldn't you think their office manager would be easily accessible and maybe even available to chat? In frustration, I called back again and again, trying every single button, choices one through six on their answering system, and at each one I got nowhere! Either "Leave all of your life details here and we will try to get back to you within 24 to 48 hours" OR No answer, "Ring, ring, ring, ring , ring, ring." Yes, I heard the message. If this is an emergency, hang up and call 911. It wasn't an emergency. I won't blame this office for the terrible service that I got at the Bullhead office but I will say that this office APPEARS no better managed and I see already that they have terrible reviews... primarily for the office staff! Ha! Coincidence? As there is clearly confusion among the staff across all offices, I have no doubt that they are all enjoying a good laugh at my expense. Oh, and no one has called me back. The jaw pain turned out to be unrelated, but I'm grateful they were thorough enough to find the real problem. I ended up spending about four days in the hospital, and I wanted to recognize the outstanding care I received. I've been in quite a few hospitals over the years, and this was one of the best experiences I've ever had. From the doctors and nurses to the support staff, everyone treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern. The communication was excellent, my questions were answered, and I always felt like I was in good hands. One thing that really stood out was that I was actually able to get some sleep and rest during my stay, which isn't something I've experienced in many hospitals. I would especially like to recognize Dr. Yarkhan, Christine, Kial, Clint, Maria, Ferlin, Dr. Saiz, and Dr. Woolery for the exceptional care they provided. Their compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail made a difficult situation much easier. I know there were many others involved in my care as well, and I apologize for not being able to remember everyone's name. Please know that your efforts were appreciated and did not go unnoticed. By 2PM the doctor had us scheduled for surgery at Yuma Regional Hospital. Dr.Das saved my husband's life. His attention and compassion goes above and beyond the norm. I highly recommend Dr. Das, and his very efficient staff to all my family, friends, and co-workers!
