We made an offer on a home and negotiated for several hours. Ms Mazzola promised to call us back after she spoke with the sellers at 5 pm. My realtor text and called her several times as we thought we were still in negotiations. We were under the impression we would still be able to make a counter offer to include going over the asking price. Ms Mazzola finally called us back at aroun 8:30 pm letting us know the sellers took the other buyers offer and stated " sorry, I was at a birthday party" which is why she didn't call back when she said she would. As I said my time is extremely valuable to me and felt her behavior to be very unprofessional, I missed out on making other offers on homes because I was waiting on her. I personally feel Ms Mazzola was playing each buyer against each other.

All texts and emails were responded on the same day regardless of time (even on weekends)! This is a Very professional organization!!!
