The crew that came out was friendly, efficient, and did a great job loading all of our many items onto the truck. We ended up adding a few things to the pickup, which was not an issue. The team was professional, courteous, and efficient from start to finish. The project included demo of the old concrete and moving a big boulder to a new location. I got quotes from several different concrete contractors but Cordoza was the most competitive. They had a great reputation and understood the modern aesthetic I was trying to achieve. Cris is a great planner and walked the job site with me several times which helped my decision making. He suggested a few things that I hadn't thought of like lighting in the wall. He's extremely knowledgable and gave solid advice while being flexible to what I wanted. He was easy to communicate with and worked very well with the pool contractor. The team always arrived on time and they worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. They worked well together and it was easy to see that they were experienced and skilled. They were careful to protect my property and to clean up. At the end of our two-phase project, they even power washed the concrete that had been finished during the first phase and had become a little dirty from rain and tree droppings. The finished product is beautiful. I enjoyed the process and planning, the onsite experience of working with Cris and his team, and most of all the result. It restored my confidence in working with contractors. I would highly recommend Cordoza Concrete to anyone looking for a reliable and professional concrete contractor.
