I would not recommend. I am not sure who got great results but that was not my experience. I went for a reduction. The customer service has repeatedly been hard to take. Rather than a calm discussion I had arguments in which I was right and later got it straightened out. The attitude with the misunderstandings and lack of detail or information available to the staff was not observed before speaking with me. I went in a couple of times and received no call backs, I also had one person call with one story and another give me other information. The results were less than commercial promised. I saw minimal size reduction and still wearing the same size after several years Also revision was not recommended so stuck with results. Large indent in skin which I have not been able to remove from inserted tube. I was hoping for smoother look to help and was not offered that either Despite speaking to a few different clinicians suggestions. I still have cards and information from staff as well as photos. If I could give 0 stars I would. My review is based on my experience instead of with any surgery related proceeders (which I did not end up having). There were so many red flags i'm glad I did not go through with surgery. My consult was with Penny. I walked in knowing exactly what lender I was going to finance with because they had already approved me 1 week prior for another provider. Penny insisted on checking other lenders. I SPECIFICALLY asked whether it would be a soft or hard inquiry - which she did not know so she asked the ASM Bri who confirmed it was a soft pull. I chose the same lender that I told her I was going to use. One week later i have THREE NEW ACCOUNTS OPENED. I am pissed! I'm currently doing work to improve my credit score and I know the impact of hard inquiries and opening and closing accounts. I expressed ALL of this during my consult. When I called the office I spoke with someone at the desk who made it seem like i had no idea what i was talking about when I told her repeatedly that there were multiple lending accounts opened during my consult. She kept repeating over and over again that thats not how it works. And that the manager (I forgot her name at this point, Brooke maybe? But Bri's manager) would reach out to me. - Shocker. She NEVER DID. When I went in for my consult with the doctor no one was aware that I was supposed to speak with her and whether or not she would be available to talk to me. She finally did come speak to me and she as the MANAGER HAS NO IDEA HOW FINANCING WORKS. She literally told me that she didn't know whether or not it was a hard or soft pull, that she wasn't sure how to resolve it. They were going to refund me. She said she would reach out to corporate and reach out to me. - SHE NEVER SPOKE TO ME AGAIN. Not a phone call or an email. I had to call multiple times. And finally Penny told me through text that they had processed my refund. Now I'm sitting here calling the FRAUD department for THREE DIFFERENT LENDERS to close accounts that I did not authorize to avoid the potential impact to my account. If you are going to provide financing at the very least you should know the difference between a hard and soft pull and be able to talk about the ins and outs. Went in today for a consultation. I got there 20 minutes early and was told that they were running around 15 to 20 minutes behind. I told them that would be okay. An hour later still nothing. Other paying people were taken back on time for their appointments but obviously they must not want much new business. Finally the office manager took me back to her office and told me pricing but said there would be discounts but I wouldn't know them until after my consultation. I didn't have enough time to wait seeing as at this point it had been 2 hours. I think I will take my business elsewhere even if it costs more. read more

I got there at 2 pm did my paperwork, and kept waiting and waiting and waiting, at 3 pm no one even acknowledged me yet, no updates, nothing. So I went up and the reception like what is going on? I don't know how this place can stay in business from what I've seen so far. I made an appointment weeks in advance only to show up and be told that it will be about 2 hours before I can be seen because of appointments ahead of me. The reception explained that their appointments are made in an offsite call center and put in 15 mins lots yet the consultations are 45 mins each. Hmmmmn... Does that math add up to you? I was about to cancel altogether but she offered me a reschedule and stated that this particular day should be better so I rescheduled for a couple weeks later. THE SAME THING occurred again! The surgeon was great! He had awesome bedside manner. Surgery went very well!! I had Lipo on my flanks and it only cost $3400!!! I look amazing except for the dog ear (1 small lump)on ONE side of my waist. I thought for sure they would take those off, as all surgery centers do for free!!! For my 6 month follow up (where they claim satisfaction guaranteed) the surgeon tried to set me up to take them off for free, but the GREEDY office manager told me that I would have to pay $3400 to have them removed! I've never heard of this in all of my research of surgery. So I feel like they pull you in for that cheap price and then charge you for extra things. let's start by stating if I could less than one star I would! I set an appointment up 6 weeks in advance. I then received multiple texts that I would be coming which I replied that I would. On the morning of the 09:45 appointment I recurved another reminder to make sure I arrived 15 minutes early, which I did. I completed all the paperwork as requested. at 10:10 I asked if there was some issue with being seen. The receptionist said it would be another 20 minutes. I waited until almost 10:40 to ask if I was going to be seen and if i could have the practice managers name. at which point the three receptionist became annoyed that I had the nerve about why I am still waiting. then they said "A very aggressive office person pointed ast the lady who said she told there would be a wait". i said you basically sit there an lie to the clients wasting their time and provide zero communications. this place appears to be run by self centered, elitist non customer focused knuckleheads. Came here with my mom so she could have something removed from her stomach. I was told it was going to be a four hour wait until the surgery was done. I got a call around the time they should have finished. They told me she would be done in fifteen minutes. So I ended up waiting another hour or so just for another call essentially telling me that the doctor screwed something up and will be another fifteen minutes. I'm still sitting here in the waiting room going on hour eight of four. No word since the last call. This is a simple procedure and they've proven to be too incompetent to do even that. The entire staff and process was incredibly pleasant. I am super thrilled with the results, so far, of my procedure done just 13 days ago. I cannot wait to see the end result in a few more short weeks. Dr. Crawford was kind and patient with me, as was the entire staff. I'd give it a 0 if I could - Dr. Alter is the most condescending, rude, egotistical doctor I've ever come across. The rest of the facility and staff seem great but this doctor ruined the entire experience and if a doctor like him is allowed to work there I cannot recommend them. Everyone else was nice and professional but I've never left an appointment feeling more attacked and demeaned and disrespected. First he didn't introduce himself when he entered the room and became huffy and acted impatient upon reviewing my chart. He was snappy when asking questions and none of my responses seemed sufficient to him. That's definitely not going to put anyone at ease. Then he has the gall to say that I'm seeming very anxious and fidgety. Well of course I am. I'm tired after very little sleep because I was super excited about my pre-op, had a good bit of caffeine in my system so I was awake to make the almost 2 hour drive to see this doctor, I'm sitting there half naked in skippy underwear the office provided and hospital gown, and I'm feeling attacked because I have to take medications for sleep, anxiety, and ADHD. Yes, there's a good chance I might be a tad nervous and - god forbid - fidgety. So when I try to call him out for his antagonist - and rather abrasive - attitude towards me he yells "I'm ABRASIVE?!" Yes doc, I spoke clearly. Then you accuse me of calling him abrasive because he doesn't think I can tolerate the procedure. Not even close dude. I am thankful that a doctor tells me that they don't think I can tolerate an awake procedure. I appreciate that. I don't appreciate being made to feel like something is wrong with me and attacked. There's no reason to be a jerk. I have never been made to feel so low about myself in my adult life. This man does not need to treat patients and for the sake of the practice, Sono Bello needs to get rid of him. Unfortunately I know nothing will come of it and his ego will continue to be stroked. Thank god we didn't put down the non refundable deposit. The office staff is very good at making you feel like you matter. Most could sell ice to an Eskimo. We got a home equity loan to do $12,000.00+ procedures. They tried to cajole and convince my wife to do the procedures. We almost paid in full, they put us off multiple times because thankfully their financing fell through, and we found alternate sources. After the last time we had to wait I checked the BBB rating and complaints pages and found 133 complaints from across the country all stating similar problems. We definitely dodged a bullet, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I had the opportunity to go to this new facility, that opened in Charlotte the same day as my daughter's bday June 6, to get a free consultation after watching an infomercial about their quick painless makeovers. I found out that Sonó Bello has been in business for over 10 years, with locations in many states and they just opened this in NC. The appt was scheduled for a week after I called. The location is easy to find in the second floor of the large office building, with available parking, off Carmel close to hwy 51. Their facility is brand new. The office is gorgeous, elegantly and tastefully decorated. Elizabeth, in the front office, is a beautiful young lady with a nice welcoming smile that made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. I was hesitant to go; it's always scary showing your most vulnerable self to someone and put yourself in the position to be looked over in front of a full length (not forgiving) mirror and feel criticized, shamed and possibly told what you don't want to hear. We are our harshest critic and see ourselves as flawed. There is no such thing as perfect; but, we want to be as close as possible to what we think is the perfect you. We all have areas that we feel are not how we would like and even obsess about them, even if others don't concentrate on them as we think. The person that saw me, Jessica from California location, was wonderful! At first, it was weird to explain why I was there. She is so beautiful and seemingly perfect, that I felt even more self conscious about showing her my unhappy, flawed self. It's amazing, but she made me feel at ease when we started talking. I told her about the 100 lbs I lost and everything I wanted that laser lipo treatment I saw on TV, to fix. She was brutally honest, but in a nice, sincere way, when she told me there were some things that couldn't be fixed with lipo, that needed surgery. I suppose I already knew that, as I had heard that before; but, still hoped I could be like one of the patients I saw on TV the previous week or their front office video with great results. My biggest concern is my loose neck. She actually told me there was something that could be done about that. It's obvious it will never be stretched like if I had a face lift; but, there was a procedure that could help improve greatly the flaccid appearance. It's a series of 8 treatments and I should see results after the 4th one. Maintenance every 3 months after that. She calculated and did some number playing around showing great discounts and quoted me what I was able to get with an available credit line I had with CareCredit. I know they will do anything to get people to sign with them - that's all the places for cosmetic enhancements- but she could've tried to offer many other things aware they would be a waste of money and she didn't. She worked with me with some challenges that came up after I had signed up, so I went for it. I had my first treatment last Saturday. Kelly the technician, is a special lady. She made this process as clear as possible and was attentive to all my feedback and concerns. She has a special calming spriritual attitude that it was the most pleasant experience ever. We talked about so many things and I hope she can be the one to handle all my subsequent treatments. It was not painful, just some heat and light pressure. Honestly, I am praying this investment in me, will be worth it. I read some Venus Legacy reviews in www.realself.com and many reviewers said it was not worth it :(. That scares me. I am usually the kind of person that reads reviews and base many decisions on what I see. This time I went with it without reviewing first, just based on faith on what Jessica said this treatment will do for me. I will update after I am done with the treatments. My experience with Sonobello was good. The team in Charlotte does a great job of getting back to you to answer any questions or concerns that you have. Dr. Crawford was excellent. Overall, I like my results, although I wish that my stomach/ab area is ever flatter. My waist has the most noticeable difference. I would have to say that at first I was really skeptical but I will admit I had great results. The only draw back that I had was you only get to meet with the consultant and you have to pay before meeting with the surgeon who may feel you need a different service. The prices on their website are very different, so if you have a high BMI be prepared to kick out more money, I ended up needing to do EX after meeting with the surgeon but I had already paid the consultant for the lipo without the EX in which she advised that I shouldn't need it. The price was going to end up different but we ended up working things out in the end. My surgeon was DR Crawford and I will give him a 10 out of 10 score. He was gentle we had amazing conversations during the surgery and my results are very pleasant, I had surgery January 25th and the swelling is gone and the incisions are healed and I see amazing results, I recommend EX if you have a large or hanging skin in your tummy area, you wont be sorry. read more

After 3 months, absolutely NO results other than over $7K out of my pocket. I had a goal of August (class reunion), it is not looking promising. I will not go through this again, no point, I am past the intended goal and I am not willing to go through a summer with restrictions that I planned for during the winter months so I could enjoy my vacations and summer. I am told 3 more months "should" make a difference. Maybe there is an age cutoff for results. Pictures have younger people for body results and older for facial/neck results. I didn't notice that before, but, they should advise if age is an issue. I will revise my opinion if the results improve or they provide a substantial if not all refund of my hard earned money. I exercise 4+ times a week and eat very healthy, which I can prove. This procedure is supposed to help people that exercise and can't achieve the results they want. So.......still waiting.
