I cannot say enough good about this place. We are out-of-towners staying at a local RV park and…read morediscovered our RV propane water tank wasn't working. We were referred by the park to Sonny's RV. Our fingers were crossed because we were only in town for 3 days. The owner agreed to send someone out to check out the problem the following afternoon even though he was swamped. Sure enough a little after the lunch hour help arrived. However, he had the wrong board with him. The owner made a couple trips out himself to see that our unit was fixed. Before long we had hot water. When we thought it was time to settle the bill we were told to stop by their office in the morning to pay!! Can you believe that? We were stunned as we could have just pulled out and left. They actually trusted a stranger. What a great place and what great people. Obviously, we can't say enough good about this place!!

EDIT: A week after Sonny's "fix," my furnace igniter failed again. I took it out to inspect it and…read morediscovered that Sonny's installed the igniter upside down. The igniter was also bent out of correct shape. I definitely recommend avoiding this place at all costs. I came here to get a warranty fix for my Subarban furnace. The technician tried to get me to pay for the repair and told me Suburban will reimburse me. The manual for my furnace explicitly states not to pay the service center directly, and that payment won't be reimbursed. I almost got scammed by this place, so beware. If you do choose to come here for repairs, expect to be billed for a generous $100/hour. They claimed it took one full hour to replace the igniter on my furnace. Keep in mind that I handed them the furnace and they just swapped out one $20 piece. Then tried to bill me $150. If I hadn't protested they would have gladly scammed me.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience with RV Country in Sequim, especially working with Jim…read moreLouthan (Jim from Sequim). We were looking for something outside the typical RV mold- something small enough to tuck into the woods near trailheads for our hiking adventures. Truthfully, to get us out of a tent and off the ground because our 50something year-old bones don't love that anymore. Jim's communication throughout the process was excellent. He worked hard to help us find what we needed, instead of what most people want. That made a huge difference. The whole experience felt straightforward, professional, and low-pressure. Sherman was also very helpful. He took the time to go through the entire trailer with us, explaining all the equipment and maintenance, and being very patient with all of our amateur questions. We were a little hesitant venturing into the RV world, but their staff made it easy and even enjoyable. We're excited to disappear into the trees with our little Ember Spark and start exploring. If you're looking for a salesman and a dealership that actually strives to make you happy, we would absolutely recommend Jim and RV Country in Sequim.
