I just had a few simple questions for the staff to ensure accurate product compatibility... they treated me like a pariah for asking about faucet spread and color samples. Couldn't be bothered to look in a catalog, make a call, or look up a spec sheet. Every question was answered with, " I don't know". When the girl finally asked how much I was planning on spending and I told her under $15,000.00 she just walked away. They were unbelievably rude. My realtor had recommended them. So I'll be filling her in on this experience as well. Get it together folks. No way to treat customers.

A snotty woman came back with this, "it's either this inability to buy, or they would have to shut down for two weeks." What retail establishment in this day and age turns away possible customers??? We left this store with ZERO plans to return. Bottom line: there are many stores to stock up on Christmas decor, don't bother with Suite 52, unless you want to shop in the fray of an Open House!
