Staff are pleasant and so are nurse Practioners and the Doctor takes the time to explain in your first visit a lot of information on blood clots . She was also helpful in giving me a sample on a recent international trip in a country where Eliquis was unavailable . She also does eventually respond to the website message board as she is pretty busy. She was also recently listed as a top doctor in the Washingtonian. Only downside so far is that office wait times are extremely long. That seems to be a consistent issue. Today I drove to the Olney Location an hour drive and so far have been waiting for over an hour to see the Dirctor!!!! I brought 2 newspapers and have finished both. Eventually I did see her and she was crisp on telling me what want great news on my lab tests . Located near hospitals so far I have been to the Rockville and Olney Locations . Great doctor just wish time waiting was better managed . One tip. Takes some time for lab tests to be entered into the system as the Doctor needs to read them. A faster way is to create a labcorp account and receive results much faster ( that goes for any doctor ( same with Quest)

She is accessible to me by text during off hours and I have always been given immediate appointments when necessary. Abby , her nurse, is excellent to deal with . She is responsive and on the occasions I have needed blood work been gentle and never left a bruise. While I realize no one can guarantee that I appreciate the results so far! Dr Anne has been a great resource for good referrals to specialists when necessary. I recently had a test which turned out to have good results. However Dr Anne was able to coordinate the available of the results so that I did not have any anxious days! I would highly recommend Dr. Anne Wilson and her staff

I have used Doctor Anne Wilson as my concierrge doctor for a year now and have just renewed with…read moreher for another year. . I find her to be accessible, professional and knowledgeable. She will respond to my texts during off hour questions and always has time to schedule an appointment with me should I or should she feel that is necessary. She has been an excellent resource for referrals to some very good specialists when necessary. Recently she was able to alleviate some anxiety by accessing the results from some tests which turned out to be just fine. However, without her intervention, I would have had to wait. I am very pleased with that level of caring and service. Her assistant, Abby is also pleasant, professional and caring. She is a real boon to the office as Abby is the first person with whom a person interacts when visiting the office. I have never had to wait more that just a couple of minutes for my schuduled appointment. In addition, Abby has drawn blood from my arm with no pain and no bruising. While I certainly know this is not a for sure in the future, so far she has done really well and I appreciate that too!! I completely recommend Dr. Anne and Abby.

When I first had an appointment at Primecare, I saw Dr. Arun and I thought she was great (I still do). She went over my medical history and concerns carefully, with detailed explanations behind each one of her recommendations. The Quest lab facility in-house was extremely convenient. These were also the highlight of my time at Primecare. Subsequent visits did not usually involved Dr. Arun. That's ok to some extent - I have no issue with PAs, but I did think it was a little bit of an unannounced switch. But the timely appointments became harder to come by. Then one day I had an 8am appointment, to which I showed up promptly. I was kept waiting without word until past 830a. Then I was called to the back but told the doctor (may have been Dr. Akinlade) had two patients ahead of me (not sure how that's possible when they open at 8am) and that it would be another 20 minutes at least before she saw me. The staff had not, at any point, told me they were running an hour late. I left and changed practice. To their credit, they sent my records to my new provider without issue. Still, this is a potentially excellent practice that really needs to get timeliness and communication right in order to thrive.

I've been a patient of Dr. Reddy going back to about 1998 when Dr. Reddy took over a practice from a retiring doctor. I was 29 years old. Starting with our first few appointments, Dr. Reddy spent so much time to understand my current and past health, I was almost concerned I was his only patient. Of course I was not his only patient, that's just how Dr. Reddy works, and he works hard long hours. I'm a complex patient with a variety of health issues requiring many different specialists who have performed countless surgeries. Dr. Reddy has been indispensable with his specialist recommendations. Dr. Reddy talks to the other specialists involved in my care, so they all work together to develop a cohesive plan for my health care and to ensure no risks aren't understood and mitigated where possible. Fast forward to 2026 and now I'm 56 years old and in better health now than back in 1998. He has always given me honest to the point advice on how to improve my health and encouraged me as much as any professional can. He helped me set and meet goals. He also holds me to the fire when I could be making better choices. Dr. Reddy communication style is friendly and warm, inquisitive and compassionate. He seems to be always learning and keeping his medical skills fresh with the latest and greatest medical advancements, even 27 years later. No matter what, with Dr. Reddy, every patient is important, the details matter, patient comfort and trust matters. These goals require a doctor who has a true heart wanting to help others, who is willing to spend extra time with his patients rather than build a super sized practice with way too many patients where care falls short and you are just a medical file. The front office staff and the other medical assistants, phlebotomist are always friendly. The office will always work with the patient to schedule an appointment that works with the patients schedule. I can often be seen the same day, sometimes within an hour! Dr. Medhane is patient, caring and thorough. She is quick to respond to phone calls, and will find time for virtual appointment if there are no inpatient appointments available. Her office staff answers the phone in a timely fashion, and follows up as promised. My longtime primary care physician stopped practicing to raise her family, and I bounced around between a couple of doctors, so I consider myself very fortunate to have found Dr. Medhane. I hope she never retires!!

If switching locations she doesn't always have the patient record and more critically made an error regarding prescriptions due to a lack of electronic records. Her office staff are rude and nasty creating a barrier between patient and doctor, refusing to pass on messages (and Dr Jackson doesn't have a portal or email). Although she has voicemail her office staff won't put you through to it. Had office staff been better and more accommodating we would have stayed wither her; however they made it impossible. Dr Jackson would do well to hire competent and compassionate staff and become modernized. That said she really is an excellent diagnostician and listens well. So I would recommend her only if you didn't need to see a doctor more than once or twice a year.
