A good example of how you can turn an attempt to be a good samaritan into a complaint. Went to this car wash for the first time. Cleaned the bugs off the windshield I went through. Had the 17 dollar wash. Drove home- 5 km at low speed and used a cloth to catch areas missed by the brushes. Immediately notes linear scratches which were not there a few minutes before. Contacted Kim and made fer aware they better chech thire pads and brushes for debris. Went to show them and they immediately said it was not their machine because the brushes run a different direction. She was adamant. I was not asking for any monetary or other consideration, but to check they machine. She obviously has never seen what happens to bristles when they hit a hard surface. They go sideways even if they are spinning. She has no explanation other than it is not them. In her world I an not telling the truth. On the balance of probabilities I wonder what a judge would think? Avoid this place. read more

Do not go to this place, they scratch your car. I have a 2021 BMW, after 20 dollar ultimate car wash on Jan 19th, 2023, it is all scratched!!! I went in the store to let them know, the person let me filled a form and said their manager will contact me in 3 days. I have not hear back from the manager! read more

Always was a bubbles customer and love them. Recently I decided I don't wash enough to justify the monthly subscription. So I cancelled and tried Sonic for the first time. I selected the best wash possible and it was horrible. It leaves about 20% of my truck untouched and now for the first time ever my black vehicle is covered in brush swirls in the clear coat. I would not recommend this place to anyone with a newer black vehicle or anyone who values their purchases. read more

I absolutely love Sonic Car Wash!!! It is the best car wash in West Kelowna. It leaves my car sparkling clean, the staff is super friendly and the free vacuums and mat cleaners are an added bonus!! I had no concerns taking my new vehicle there and I am extremely satisfied with the results. This location and the one on Springfield road will be my go to from here on out!!! Thank you!! read more

My vehicle had the paint pressure washed off the roof. When I complained they had me come in and review the video of my car going through the paint was flying off and they claimed it had to have been loose . I found out later that wasn't the truth and that four people just in my Sons circle of friends had they're vehicles paint damaged the same week at this location. Would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Hello I've been using this car wash for the last 4 years. Would take all my company vehicles here and never had an issue. Recently I brought my 2011 Honda Civic here for a wash on the automatic drive thru side. The wash had broke my mirror off leaving it hanging by the wire. Right away we spoke to the employees and they said they would have someone contact us. I felt good about it at the time because I felt taken care of by this business, the people who work here are always so helpful and it seemed like it would be ok. No one wanted to even look at my vehicle I received a phone call from the manager saying they will not be repairing my vehicle as it was already damaged and they can see this in their cameras. Let me be clear my mirror was not damaged. The trim piece was loose on both mirrors but this doesn't effect the mirror at all. Both of my mirrors were strong. I insisted on watching there evidence of my completely broken mirror before going into the wash. No such evidence existed. I took a copy for myself, you see my vehicle going through 3 stages of the car wash before having the mirror ripped off at the FOURTH stage where the brushes spin on the side of the car. I understand that maybe some people are doing this on purpose and that's why Sonic is being so careful but my car mirrors were fine before entering, it is a powered and heated mirror and broken when I left. After all the arguing I was really upset with this business as they should take care of their customers and do the right thing. I don't think I can recommend this place in the future just knowing they don't have your best interest in mind. Thanks for reading. read more

I have been a customer since Sonic Express opened. it started out so good at the beginning the car wash was awesome, the vacuums all worked. I noticed the quality of the vacuums have went down hill fast. Today was a very frustrating unhappy experience. I had to move 3 times to different vacuums before I could find one that worked properly. First one there was one side that worked but not the other and the hose was broken. Second time neither of vacuums worked. Third time again there was only one vacuum that worked, This has happened at least 6 times in past 8 months I have had this type of experience. I am very disappointed by this. There was 2 other customers just as frustrated as I was and said they have had to deal with this many times. read more
