Mind you, adults and all skill levels are welcome. It's never too late or too much to Learn! Coach Theresa gave us a warm welcome even before we joined the program. She was helpful and thorough in explaining curriculum, pricing and requirements. She was never pushy but gave us the options and her enthusiastic nature was comforting and reassuring. My siblings and their kids are also in the program enjoying and having fun! The Las Vegas location is fairly new but well organized and very spacious with multiple rooms for designated programs. They even have a fun playroom/waiting room for the kids and adults with monitors to watch your kids learn the arts in real time. They even have massage chairs! Would highly recommend if you are looking for music lessons. We definitely will be back for more for our son's enrichment in the arts!

Allen is a chill and friendly dude that allowed us to make an unrushed and well informed decision. He is exactly who I would picture as a star employee in a music store. I thought that was pretty neat, I remember we'd have to rent musical instruments from school, but with Kessler's shop, you can go through them. The shop itself is small, so it can be crowded if there are parents waiting for their children. They have more of a orchestra instrument selection from what I've seen, so keep that in mind. I am not sure what lessons they offer, so if you're interested in that, you can call them and expect to provide you with some great customer service with all your questions. When you walk in, it might be busy, but the employees will try to help you as best and quickly as they can, and if you know exactly what you're looking for and they don't, they're not shy to ask you questions or call their other location to make sure they answer the question you have. They go that extra mile to help you find the instrument that suits you and find the sound that you're looking for. We've used their private room to try out several instruments and bows. They are willing to pull out as many instruments to help us decide which one we liked best. With so many instruments they have an instrument that will fit almost any budget. You can even rent to own an instrument if that fits your budget better. We will definitely be taking our older viola in to be repaired and cleaned. They have our trust so they have our business.
