A very close friend of mine recommended Jon Howard's company and team to me, but for whatever reason, I just never reached out to them. Lo and behold, I received a phone call from Jon at the right very moment. I had received another "no" from a third lender and my window to purchase was running out. Jon was very reassuring, calming but confident, and prompt in not only answering questions but having his team of rockstars work on my application. At the end of it all, Jon, Christine, Joni and the rest of his team made magic happen and helped me get approved. I'm not leaving them a perfect 5-star rating just because they were the lending company that got me approved. Even if I lost the deal, I would still give them 5-stars because of their friendliness and warmth, promptness, attention to detail, and professionalism. They truly made one of the most stressful situations less taxing, and I am beyond grateful to have had the pleasure to work with them.

Integrity Financial Services was highly recommended by my realtor. From the time I first contacted their team, I found them to be extremely friendly, responsive and helpful. They took the time to explain things in a way no other lender ever has, and they were able to show just how competitive their rates are and how good their service is. Remember when I said I have no clue what I'm doing? Well I had an independent third-party go through everything Integrity Financial Services did and they confirmed that not only did they explain everything correctly and accurately but that their rates were the best they had seen in a while. Thank you!

these guys saved our dream home purchase!…read more when i was mortgage shopping, these guys came in with the best rates and costs. we went with a lender we had worked with previously who was a close second due to the efforts the previous lender had already put in. well, the previous lender encountered numerous issues and delays. in a last "hail mary" we went back to fintech with less than two weeks left under contract, while the seller had a higher cash offer waiting, and asked if they could save the sale. fintech not only got an appraisal done and report returned within 3 days (at a lower cost than our other lender), they got all the paperwork squared away (which was complicated being a two unit property), got us an even lower mortgage rate than they originally quoted, and gave us extra lender credits to accommodate some unexpected closing costs. on top of that, they explained everything to us along the way and gave us sound advice and explanations on everything. they did a lot of hand-holding and did with an immense amount of patience. we owe brian and his team (shayna, dustin) for helping us get our dream home. please feel free to contact me for more details or to ask any questions. i am more than happy to be a reference for fintech. fintech mortgage is awesome! ask for brian adams.
