Coming from…read moreCalifornia and no experience driving in the snow, we thought it best to hire a car and driver. From the first call to Liz the experience was great. Our driver, Brooks, was superb. He drove us to the concert in a snow / ice storm with no difficulty at all. We arrived early so he dropped us off at a local pub for a drink prior to the concert then onto the show, dropping us off as close as he possibly could. We left the show and he was at the bottom of the stairs standing in the snow waiting for us.. Loved the experience and would call them again without hesitation.

The man filled out a card with my information then told me he would call me when they were done. It took them almost 3 days. I have no problem with that, but it would have been nice to have known that upfront. When I arrived, they had forgotten to create the copies I asked for. They gave me a small discount for having to come back again. Overall, it was a decent experience. I may or may not go back to get others done. UPDATE: I went back in this week to get another vhs transferred and had a MUCH better customer service experience. It was also a different worker than last time. This one was kind, greeted me, and was much more pleasant. He also asked me if I had a time line I needed for the dvds, something the other worker hadn't asked. I will DEFINITELY be returning.

After working with a few hundred coaches to guide me in running my business since 2001, I have only…read morebeen disappointed with each of them after the initial euphoria of listening to their pitch and handing them my credit card. I felt lied to, cheated and stolen from. My value system never felt aligned to any of these coaches from the beginning of my first session with them. Each of them had a three-day money back guarantee because the state of California insists on that. When I lived in other states prior to California, there was no money back guarantee. Being a shy quiet and introverted person, and having turned psychologically unemployable I had morphed into a bumble bee who does not believe she cannot fly and hence defies every law of physics and flies. With kids to raise and no one to turn to, I kept going through my cycles of feast and famine as a self-employed person, until I met Veronika Noize of DIY Marketing Center in June of 2016. She had no sales pitch for me. I asked her a few standard questions before I decided to hire her. After I decided to hire her, I asked her for her rates, which left me skipping within me in ecstasy. I knew I had met another human just like me who wanted me to succeed for me on my terms. She is always available for me and all her clients. She always meets each of us where we are at that moment, I know this because I have attended numerous of her group coaching calls. She leads/guides/shows us how to get to our next step judgment free. I have learned about Success, Mindset, Business and Marketing from Ronnie(that's what we lovingly call her). This is what I had yearned for from the get-go and a steady source of income. Give her a call or send her an email, and I promise you that you will be glad you did. Here's to your success, Much love!
