The man filled out a card with my information then told me he would call me when they were done. It took them almost 3 days. I have no problem with that, but it would have been nice to have known that upfront. When I arrived, they had forgotten to create the copies I asked for. They gave me a small discount for having to come back again. Overall, it was a decent experience. I may or may not go back to get others done. UPDATE: I went back in this week to get another vhs transferred and had a MUCH better customer service experience. It was also a different worker than last time. This one was kind, greeted me, and was much more pleasant. He also asked me if I had a time line I needed for the dvds, something the other worker hadn't asked. I will DEFINITELY be returning.

Probably more surprising since I lived just up the street from the venue, in an efficiency apartment at 17th and Pleasant, there in the Sherman Hill neighborhood for two(ish) years in the early '90s. The first place I'd had of my own after getting out of the US Navy in 1992.... I went with a friend to see Michael Blaustein. We used valet parking for a 730 PM show. Staff was great to work with on arrival, while finding our seats, to exiting after the performance. The inside of Hoyt Sherman Place is beautiful...and whether you're on the main floor or up in the balcony... There's not a bad seat in the house! A really great experience!

I felt lied to, cheated and stolen from. My value system never felt aligned to any of these coaches from the beginning of my first session with them. Each of them had a three-day money back guarantee because the state of California insists on that. When I lived in other states prior to California, there was no money back guarantee. Being a shy quiet and introverted person, and having turned psychologically unemployable I had morphed into a bumble bee who does not believe she cannot fly and hence defies every law of physics and flies. With kids to raise and no one to turn to, I kept going through my cycles of feast and famine as a self-employed person, until I met Veronika Noize of DIY Marketing Center in June of 2016. She had no sales pitch for me. I asked her a few standard questions before I decided to hire her. After I decided to hire her, I asked her for her rates, which left me skipping within me in ecstasy. I knew I had met another human just like me who wanted me to succeed for me on my terms. She is always available for me and all her clients.
