Came here on my way home to get a couple drinks during happy hour and get a snack for my girlfriend. Service was speedy, my cherry vanilla cream Dr. Pepper was amazing and my girlfriend enjoyed her chicken strip sandwich and cherry lime made. We will be back! Thanks, Sonic! read more

I ordered 3 piece chicken tenders and the chicken are so damn small not even half the size of the bag they put it in, like a kids size! I ordered large chili cheese fries for my son and they gave me tater tots instead! Horrible. read more

Pulled up at 9:15ish a.m, pushed the red button at stall #2 and the screen said, "Activated will be with you soon" I sat there for about 10 mins, NO ONE greeted me, nor said please hold. I backed out and went back through the drive thru. I was greeted within seconds. I waited in the drive thru for however long it takes to fry French toast sticks. When I got home (and I literally live right next door to sonic) this is what I got. The egg was cold, and rubbery in texture. The bacon tasted like they pulled it out of an astray. I called them, and went back up there for a replacement. The order was prompt, and fresh That first Toaster should have never been served to anyone. I don't mind waiting for my food, no matter where I dine. Despite the crappy food, their customer service was decent and that is why I still dine at Sonic. read more

Omg. Sonic still cant get my order correct. Why did I even bother. Be nice too get my order done right. Maybe 1 day.

Food came out very quick and fresh. Carhops name was Jackson and was very friendly. Had amazing hair and the way he walked away! I had to give him a tip for the way he looked walking away! read more

We parked in a stall where you could see inside. While looking at the menu, we witnessed staff throwing ice at each other. Some pieces were going into food areas. There was quite a bit of stuff flying around, so we decided it was best to go somewhere else. read more

Been back in Kansas for two weeks... this used to be my favorite stop. Since being back I've gone here three times and they got my order wrong ALL THREE TIMES! This past time I had to go back to correct my order three times and they still didn't get it right so I gave up and threw it away. Super disappointing. read more

Always pretty fast service and good food. The only issue I have is something at the front of their building, I think it's the door, slams shut so loud!! It literally sounds like someone slamming their car hood shut. I thought someone was working on their car the first time i heard it. I always sit there while I eat and it's really distracting and irritating. 4 th time I've been here and it's still like that. read more

We waited over 25 minutes for two drinks and one order of tater tots. Even after reminding them at the 15 min mark, it took another 10 min for our order. The server then proceeded to stop for a conversation with a coworker when coming out with our good, delaying it even further. Worst Sonic ever. read more

Let me start off that I, the driver was taking a slightly inebriated individual to this fine establishment. On our way pulling up to this walk and talk burger shack and delicatessen we decided to go to the actual drive thru. Which is a first for me and my companion in the vehicle. We pull in and let me emphasize on this BADA** drive thru.. not only do they have one board to decide what kind of selection that I can exchange for goods and services with our national currency.. HOLD ON TO YOUR TOP HATS FOLKS! But two that's right 1plus1 = 2 drive thru menus. After I removed my soiled pantaloons in the corresponding trash receptacle. I decided it was time to make a selection. Having eaten earlier I decided dessert was on brain and could cool my head and back end from the Tabasco riddled food that I knew would end up A 7 on the bristol stool chart. My com padre feeling rushed after the cool 5 minutes that we were allowed at the drive thru with not a soul in-front of us still couldn't make a preference to what tasty whipped milk she wanted so she chose the latter... IN FACT the kind soul on the other end of the two cups and a string talkie device decided for her. And I could hear the confidence in this man's voice while he talked it was like A smooth ball bearing rolling across a buttered surface as he said " IS THAT ALL YOUR GONNA ORDER?" I looked clearly into my comrade's eye's thinking that he just said what I thought he had said while knowing that this may have just stolen m'lady. I wasn't even mad, who knew that Mr.stealyourgirl was so close and in my city? So I shot back with A "can i get a vanilla cone?" and this cool cat must have read my mind because he had allready made it! yes that is correct this clairvoyant living in the midwest. He had been putting his soul into this thing to.. I mean really this thing was warm at the bottom of my cone when i got it... so i really think he rubbed a part of his soul into it. I had asked kindly if he gotten that last part about the cone he came back with a "yep" so i pulled forward ready to interact with this Ryan Gosling esk fast food legionnaire. He looks real shifty eyed whilst making the blast for my associate and he takes to another part of the store. As he comes to the window he apologizes for the earlier interaction over the short range radio frequency. This overwhelmed me and I felt overwhelmed with shame and self-disgust that this vessel of A demigod was apologizing to a peasent such as myself. I said "it's okay" as he handed me the cone and I traded the legal tender for this transaction being processed, as I grabbed the cone he was intently watching the cone the whole time never breaking eye contact as he gathered my change from the register. Like he was handing me one of his offspring that he had just glazed from an extra dimension, little to his knowledge, I would never eat it. I began the process of thinking about making A freezer to keep this frozen in a solid time capsule and build A shrine around it so I can look back on this day and tell my children and grand children about the day I met walking talking Jesus Christ in the sonic shirt. Also my counterpart when she had received her blast for lack of A better term, it was like he had set us up with do A it yourself icecream kit, if you like blast like you enjoy your Christmas tinner all the ingrediants at the bottom and not mixed before you enjoy it.. then this is the place for you! I had to only give it 4 stars because he was ginger and I can condone that kind of behavior. read more

I had two transactions. When the car-hop arrived, I tried explaining to her "this amount - cash, the other my card." My instructions were interrupted, I noticed, her telling me she'll have to go inside and do it. The transactions were performed opposite as I had said. I sighed and said, "I need it done correctly; it is not my money." She informed me she'd have to go back in and apply credit - which I was to receive in 5-7 business days. That was July 14th. Today, August 5th, I still have no credit and have misplaced my receipt. So I can't go in and prove it if I want to. Second, why would I want to wast my lunch break proving this!? So...the whopping $6 I lost cost Sonic my future visits. So inconvenient. And so annoying that people just don't LISTEN anymore....too busy, moving too fast, to hear simple instructions. I LOVE Sonic food, so this will kill me, but I'm more stubborn...and I will not be returning with my service. read more

I don't appreciate having to pay 6$ for cheddar peppers and then receiving half of them with burnt jalapeños and no cheese in them. Wouldn't recommend getting any food from this location . read more

Are you serious? The managers here are not professional looking at all. Disrespectful and have absolutely no idea how to handle customers.

you know. i would gladly wait an extra 5 or so minutes to get fresh food. i realize its 230 in the afternoon and all so i realize its slow etc, but come on when you hand me ice cold fris and ice cold and hard chicken. SAY SOMETHING ABOUT IT. i work fast food so i understand about wait times and everything. but come on bringing a person cold food is a slap in the face to the consumer! read more
