We had to wait awhile at the drive-thru for somebody to Come. Then when they finally came she rushed us off before we could even place the second order. So we waited till they came back They never did so we just decided to go to a stall... But then they Canceled our First order if y'all could have come back to the intercom and gotten our second order you wouldn't have to do that. I just don't seem to have luck when it comes to Sonic. You would think I would give up on this chain. This one have to be the worst one I have been to yet. The first time the order was completely wrong, and today I sat at the drive thru for over 10 minutes with only the request to hold for a moment. I was fine with holding, but not for more than 5 mins. After waiting and no one finally coming over to ask for my order, I moved to the stalls and after pushing the red button was I able to place an order. This has got to be the worst sonic in Mississippi. Couldn't get the order right and it was two burgers and one order of tots. When trying to order ice cream I was told "we aren't doing ice cream right now." With no further explanation. The we proceeded to wait 20 min for food. This 10 min after the screen told us Tahmaya was on her way with our food so I assume she either dropped the food on the way or gave our order to the wrong car. Truly terrible. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this place has been so consistently bad, folks need to know. Terrible lack of leadership at this location. If you work in the area, as I do, you know they often do not open on time. If you pass up other places to get that breakfast burrito, ha, jokes on you, not even open, all lights off. Not just one time, many times. This location has a grease problem. The fried food often tastes bad because the grease is old. I complained a while back and was told by the shift manager that no one on his shift knew how to change it. Today, a few months later, again, nasty tasting tots and chicken strips. Lack of leadership and standards. The staff is rude. They hand you stuff without saying a word, turn and walk away with no greeting. Everybody has a bad day, but consistently bad? Don't expect friendly customer service or good food here. You can take your chances with the food, or just get a cheap drink, but I'm done with this place. read more

I love sonic icecream but the service is not worth it. My friends and I had to wait over 15 minutes for our milkshakes when we were one of three cars parked outside. The orders didn't come out at the same time and my friends milkshake was not the one she ordered. Lastly, my friend specifically asked for sauce with her fries and she did not receive any. After waiting 25 minutes I stopped a carhop with a tray full of food and asked about my order. She said they canceled it because they rang it up through the drive thru. And would fix it.
