Upside down American Flags! Fire this employee
    Kimberly E.

Fire the employee that hung our flag upside down! Disgraceful! Terrible service as well! They always get the orders wrong and never know what the drinks are when they bring them to your car. I guess pushing the little buttons on the lid are too difficult for this bunch!

I refuse to go to this sonic. They always take way to long to get the food out and it is never right.

Ok, so this football season another snow cone company came to our practices and my son and I got…read moreaddicted. lol (better than c rack right?! lol) I was on Facebook and saw a post in my city's foodie group complaining about another place. In the comments there were multiple suggestions for that person to go to Snowy Joes. Being the addict I am, I told my son let's go before football practice lol. So dang delicious. The flavors are strong. I get the same flavor no matter the location lol. 4 different size and they offer other items too. So we went again the next day. A Thursday. the snow cone truck was going to be at practice BUT my youngest wasn't going to practice with us so of course we had to go again. we got a lemonade this time too and got 2 extras for family. The lemonades....so deliriously delicious. I'm currently typing this sick in bed and I really wish I had the energy to drive and get one. I don't know why they think November and the rest of the cooler months don't need snow cones also. Smdh.

The ice is fluffy and light, the flavors are tasty and they don't skimp on the juice. Also their specialty treats are VERY creative, especially the ones that add vanilla ice cream in the middle. For a special after school/work treat or just a good way to beat the heat, it will hit the spot!

Ok so I have been going to Freddy's in Kansas for years. every time I go I am excited because I…read moreknow the burgers the atmosphere and the vibes are all going to be there. When I knew we were going to TX I was excited because duh Freddy's but man what a disappointment. Ordering: I felt so rushed the guy taking my order kept playing with his pen clicking it tapping it and not listening to us, playing with his hat, Fidgeting and rushing us, we didn't feel listened too. We kept having to repeat our orders and edits to our orders. I ordered a plain single patty burger and I said plain no cheese single patty burger but I wanted lettuce and grilled onions. What did I get a double cheeseburger. Maybe it was me and i forgot to read the screen but I know what I said. The sodas were so flat. And the custard was not what I'm accustomed to. My husband had to go and re order my order because after reviewing the receipt it was placed incorrectly. I cannot with any self respect say that I like this Freddy's. Not only was my order wrong but the bathrooms i mean wtf. They were messy had broken soap dispensers. Full trash cans, and it just felt gross. Bunch of kids working the place but not very organized as they forgot one of my items and I had to go tell them. No one said hey welcome in no one said thanks for coming. I've been in Texas 4 days so far and I've had a bad experience all of the days. So Freddy's was my high point only to be mistaken. Maybe you'll read my review and fix some things add more training less loud music in the kitchen. And maybe more pride in the work. But I will not be coming back to this Freddy's ever again if and when we come back to Texas. I know the locals will probably eat me up in the comments but I was just not happy at all. Makes me really sad because this is the only Freddy's that I've had this experience with.

The place is not just the store but the actual factory where they make the chocolate. They had so many things to pick from and at great prices! For the people who only like certain ones in the box, they had bins to pick out the individual pieces. I also saw boxes of Whitmans and was surprised, I did not know that they were "Russell Stover". There was a customer there that gave us a secret tip- go into the back room. Ok, we went into the back room. In that back room they have all of the sale chocolate!! They had boxes and boxes on sale! We bought more than we planed on but that's ok, I'm going to give it away for Valentine's Day!

If you have not been yet- run!! Hurry and try this experience!…read more Definitely an amazing family day out idea. It is a factory that makes chocolate in the back, but in the front there is a storefront that has a huge selection of chocolate treats in the front. There is an ice cream bar with bluebell ice cream that you can get made into a milkshake or have scoops of ice cream. They also have a specialty chocolate section that it has handmade treats that are a little more elevated than the ones in the box. In the back of the store they have a discount section so don't miss it! The service was truly amazing! We spilled a milkshake and the Employee was the sweetest about me not even helping her. She wanted me to enjoy my day and continue on. We still helped but just the thought of her saying you come first in the year 2026 lol. We tried several boxes of chocolate but mainly focused on turtles; which are milk chocolate, caramel, and pecan treats. I purchased one that was handmade in the front - which was divine! I purchased a box of Christmas turtles that were on discount - Amazing! And I got a pecan caramel apple. The apple was OK the inside apple had a strange texture and flavor. I'm not sure if they boil the apples or what process before coating them, but it changed the Apple itself but the caramel and pecans were delectable! We got milkshakes- not the cheapest but very good! The store is immaculately, clean and organized. If you are on a road trip or not, it is worth the stop.
