My experience at this location was absolutely abysmal. They had employees outside playing during hours of operations when they should be inside makung orders as they are paid to do. Then we placed an order for a coke, a coke float, and cookie dough blast. It took them 20 to 25 minutes to make them. Then wanted to get upset when we had to call them over the phone to have them bring our drinks to us. then when FINALLY they brought us our drinks. We had to ask them to get straws, then we had to ask for them to go get a spoon like little kids. This is highly unprofessional and should be a concern to the higher ups of this organization. I just love waiting 25 minutes for my drinks after ordering on the app. My slush didn't even taste like a slush. It was all melted and I couldn't taste anything but the syrup. Which means it had just been sitting there. And the place wasn't busy at all!! Maybe four cars. Last night was the 3rd time in a little under a month that my wife have stopped at this location before or after work, each time they either have something missing that I specifically order either there or through the app or completely got our order wrong. Then it takes 20-30 minutes when it's only like 4 vehicles waiting, and when you call to check on your food through the speaker, they have an attitude, they bring the food to you and the ice is already melting in your drink and food is cold so it's been sitting a while. This has to be the worst Sonic I have ever been to. The staff are rude and don't seem to have any sense of urgency. I have been many times and have ordered just a drink or shake (things that should be very quick and easy) and my order either takes 20-30 minutes to get to me OR they forget about it entirely. I have chosen to visit this particular location because it is closer to where I work and live and, each time I go back, my experience is worse. Waited for 20 minutes for two cheeseburgers and tots and they still did not bring it out. I even buzzed them again to see if they forgot my order because it went of the screen and said it was delivered. Our food was brought out 25 minutes after ordering, burgers were burnt, drinks were wrong, and had small instead of medium tots. I asked for ketchup. There was none. Asked for added pickles on one of the burgers. Got two pickle chips the size of a dime. This is the absolute worst sonic experience I have ever had. I don't know what others' experiences have been here, but I have received terrible service on almost every trip to this Sonic location. The drive-through is positively atrocious, with workers making you wait very long periods of time before you can order, and with absent-minded mistakes made all over the place when (if) they finally hand you your food bag (often with missing items, etc). My friends and I went there last night to get some food. The food came out at a reasonable speed. However when my order came out she said the right order on the ticket and the same price when I was making the order so I paid. Super sweet worker. However half the order was wrong when we opened it. My friend whos half was wrong didn't really care so we let it go and ate. It was kinda busy and we thought it was fine. However, while sitting out there eat about 20 or so minutes goes by and the same carhop comes out and restates the order asking us if we got our food. It was a little confusing and we felt bad that they made the food all over again but what could we do. We already had finished the first order she brought out.
