Horrible horrible horrible! Not even worth the 1 star i gave but i had to select atleast one I just came thru and ordered a footlong coney dog, chilli cheese tator tots, two corn dogs, honey bbq boneless chicken wings. They messed everything up i mean e everything. For starters i only got 1 corndog and that was burnt. My coney dog was barely dusted with chillie cheese. They didnt give my my honey bbq wings i stead they gave me honey bbq sauce. They didnt put chilli on my tator tots. I called and the manager was rude all she kept saying well it was just rang up wrong like it wad my fault and if that was the case then someone needs to lay off the weed because how do you ring up that much stuff wrong. I can honestly say that this is the, hands down, worst drive thru I've been to in Spokane. I have gone there a few times, and every time was nearly as bad as my adventure today, hence why it gets the dredded, IF ONLY THERE WAS A NEGATIVE STAR star, though to day it the straw that broke this camel's back. Me: What's a coney dog? (I honestly didn't know) Sonic: Did you want to add tots and a drink for $3.99? Me: No. What's a coney dog? Sonic: Three coney dogs. Is there anything else? Me: NO! Listen! I don't want a coney dog. Sonic: Ten coney dogs. Was there anything else? Me: ARE YOU EFFING SERIOUS?!?! Sonic: Extra onions, okay. There's an upcharge for that. Me: *Am i being punked?!* I WANT A BREAKFAST BURRITO! Sonic: That'll be $29.68 (or something like that) at the window. Please pull ahead. *grinds teeth* *death grip on steering wheel* *pulls around* Sonic: That'll be $29.68. Me: I don't want your hotdogs ! I want two bacon breakfast burritos. Try listening! Sonic: *Dumbfounded expression* So you want ten coney dogs with extra onions and two burritos? Me: *SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF MY LUNGS STARTLING HER* No, I don't eat hotdogs. I'm highly allergic to onions. Just give me my effing burritos and blue slushy thing. Will I be back? No. Every time i go to THIS Sonic, it's a HORRIBLE experience and the food and slush things AREN'T worth the drama and headache. read more

Honestly the worst sonic I've ever been to. I tried ordering something off the "secret menu" which isn't so secret and I was told I couldn't have it because they had no idea what it was. His excuse was "only been working there for 3 months. I've worked at sonic and we were told to learn it. I've been all over the country to sonic and never had this problem. I was also handed a drink that had the lid falling off and was wet and sticky all over the sides of the cup, and also received no napkins in the bag. Never go here if you want good service. I didn't really understand all the hype over this place opening in Spokane since I had been to one in AZ before. BUT I will admit they have the BEST breakfast burritos ever. Yes I said the best ever... and of course there are the limeade's that are darn good themselves and I would go there everyday just to get one if I could. Just plain horrible. Ordered 1 shake and a bag of ice at 8:30 pm. Paid for 2 items. At 9:00 still nothing. Hubby presses the call button and the worker said order when you're ready. He reminded them we already ordered. She replied I'm sorry we will have that right out. 9:40 call button is pressed again and now the excuse is we are still behind on ice cream. Have visited the Spokane Sonic a few times the last month. It has to be the worst fast food restaurant in town. There's always mistakes with the orders and the drive-thru employees can't seem to understand simple order combinations. Last visit, the employees were screaming and laughing so loudly I couldn't hear the woman at the window. She kept slamming and opening the window, not even knowing what my order was. She was so involved with the stupidity, I almost asked for a refund. Is Sonic supposed to be a training ground to prepare young people for the workforce? My guess is it's an overrated, underperforming business. I like giving restaurants a few chances before forming an opinion. Will never return there! read more

I love Sonics diet cherry limeade, and part of my joy is finding the cherries at the end. The reason for the 1 star review is that every time I go I have to remind them to put the cherries in the drink. Last night I even asked the guy, "did you remember to put the cherries in the drink?" He said, "Yes", and I happily drove home. Of course, when I got to the bottom of the drink, there were no cherries, just the limes. How hard is it to remember to put cherries in a cherry limeade? read more

Did I do something nice with my sister took her out to sonics we both order number 10 chicken sandwich one without mayonnaise one without tomato a course they came to us wrong which is no problem when they brought back the second sandwiches they looked horrible and look like they just wiped off the mayonnaise the breading was off of the chicken and the chicken was disgusting rubbery very pissed off. I was always annoyed when I lived in San Diego becuase I would see the commercials for Sonic but there wasn't one within a two hour driving distance. Would hit it up whenever I would go to a town that had one. Now that I am in Spokane I can really see what I was missing. Cheap food that is good but what I mainly go there for is their assortment of different drinks. Cherry Limeade, slushies, floats, shakes....mmmmm. They have happy hour from 2 to 4 (or maybe 6...forget the exact hours) where all drinks are half priced. Not high class but definitely the college students dream for cheap and yummy drinks/food. read more

After all the hype, it was just ok. The chicken wrap was great, the onion rings were flavorless, the banana cream pie shake had a chemical aftertaste. The sparkling lemonade was 7-up and a tiny bit of lemonade. Popcorn chicken did have a lot of chicken says the 12 year old (not just breading). The BF says the hamburger was ok. I have always had good food at Sonic but tonight was terrible I ordered a small onion ring and a double Jr cheeseburger. When I got my order the onion rings were cold and the burger was squished and barely warm I should have gone but I had already waited a long time in the drive thru. A perfect place to stop by for milk shakes on a very hot Saturday evening. Their sandwiches are pretty darn good as well. Our boys love it.

Lately they've been advertising those "Nerds slushies" which sounds delicious so I drove 25 minutes down to try it out. Well after I drive off I realize they never even added them in my slushy.. I am reviewing Sonic as it compares to other FAST FOOD. I am not giving 5 stars as compared to a 5 star restaurant. Get it? ;) As far as fast food goes these guys have it nailed. Waiter service on roller skates. They keep you outside away from the constant beeping of the fry timer (McDonalds). They have really good menu options and they are reasonable in price. read more

Extremely fast service!! Ordered 2 drinks and they were out with in 2 minutes. Great place to come for the drinks and probably better off getting your food somewhere else. A fun environment at Sonic. Often times the drive through is just as fast as going in a car stall. Friendly service and defiantly a constant repeat customer. Great to come during happy hour to get half price drinks or come after 8 to get half price shakes. Either way, you are for a treat. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I remember growing up on the west side of Washington always seeing those damn sonic commercials on TV but unable to go to one! I've been there a couple times now since I go to school there. It is hands down the best fast food chain you'll ever eat at. I love how it looks like a retro burger joint from the mid 1900's, roller blades and all. Their lemonades are to die for and their food is even better! While waiting, went to the bathroom to be over whelmed by rotten food/ fish smell! When was the last time the trash was taken out? Pulled up to Sonic with the family after scouts. Parked at the end and noticed water running out of the restroom door into the parking lot. Should have kept going. Pushed the button to order. And waited. And waited. Should have kept going. After about five minutes we got to order. 3 slushies and a coke. And we waited. And waited. After 12 minutes by the dash clock, I got out of the car to see what the problem was. No one could find the order even though I'd paid with a card. "They got mixed up with the drive thru orders. We'll bring them right out." They came out 3 minutes later. We were told they were sitting right on the counter. My son took one drink and nearly choked. Turns out they made the drinks so fast or something that the flavors were in layers in his cherry limeade. So are we going back to Sonic ? We'll keep going ! read more

Great food, awesome service, 2000 drink combinations. best of all they literally go out of their way 2 over service you. I literally had my car broke the battery was dead. And one of the little car hops on his roller skates brought a jumper box to give us a jump. I felt like an idiot but he went out of his way to reassure me that I was not the only one who's car it died there. Would recommend this place for anybody anytime anywhere. read more

The employees here are amazing!! We were driving through the night to get home to Seattle and called to ask what time they closed, they were closing at midnight but we couldn't get there until 12:30.
