Ordered 3 chicken baskets around 9:30 pm on a Friday night. All of our chicken wasn't even warm and tasted like it had been cooked hours before. Even though we were only 1 of 3 cars parked, it took over 20 minutes for our food. These small town fast food establishments really need to do a better job of good quality and service. They're the only thing keeping some of these towns alive....... Just do better!!! read more

Ordered #3 asked for no may and ketchup 3 times. I repeated each time mustard only. Came with added mustard and wilted lettuce. Sebastian took the order. I asked the kid when he brought it if it was no ketchup and mayo just mustard he nodded yes. It came with mayo and ketchup. read more

If I could give them a negative number I would!! We did an order on the app and went to pick up our order and they said they never received it but there was a hold on our checking acct. Talked to the manager n said it never went through so there was nothing they could do and walked off. Went back to talk to them and a girl came to our car and said to call a number. The number we called tried to sell us everything from life insurance to coupons and when we could finally say anything they said they don't know anything about sonic!! So no food, a hold on our checking account for 40.00 !! Will NEVER be back !! read more

Ordered a custom drink sounded simple. A coke add orange add vanilla. Ordered a #3 combo with fries no mayo no tomatos no ketchup. My order ended up being a #1 chili cheese burger with extra tomatoes a ridiculous amount of ketchup and mayo. Tator tots. And the drink they nailed it Orange And Vanilla oh and they forgot to put coke in that drink WTF lol!! I'll tell you this I'm good I wont ever add flavors to my drink ever again. That's a taste I dont even know how to explain. I just hope it happens to other customers tonight and in the future to come!! read more

Wilted lettuce on my steak sandwich, tater tots tastes as if they were cooked the day before and then dropped back in the fryer to try and pass off as fresh. The guy that took my order was rude, didn't repeat my order and didn't speak in a manner where you could hear let alone understand him. The location is filthy, many of the kiosks don't work. Signs on building and several menu screens where busted. The only highlight to this visit was the car hop. Very sweet and professional. You would be better off making the trip to Dixie Dog in Seagraves then eat here. read more

Wish I could give this place negative amount of stars. I Ordered a chili cheese coney and I swear the hotdog was made of rubber. The food is ALWAYS awful. The only reason I ever go there is because my daughter likes the chicken strips. But those are disgusting too lately. I have not lived here but 2 months and in that time not once has the guy on the intercom been nice. He ask for your order ask the typical questions and then bam.... he's gone. No reading the order back. No saying thank you or kiss my butt or anything else. He has gotten my order wrong several times and even complaining doesn't change his attitude. The food is pretty good most of the time but it's not worth my time if they can't be pleasant. The truly only nice thing I have found is the carhops. They have their crap together and super friendly. They don't even deserve one star. Every single time we go they take forever. The other night was the worst. They came onto the intercom, as I started ordering I was told to hold on. Waited five minutes, before we decided to leave. Just to get an order out take 20-30 min! So we said forget it. Anyhow, while we were waiting there were two carhops doing nothing but talking. Meanwhile, another gal was making drinks (actually working props to her). It's like there is no management there what so ever. There was literally 4 cars there. I've been to several Sonics before in California, New Mexico, Dallas, and Corpus Christi to say the least. They're extremely slow and don't care how crappy the food is and comes out messy, and the nasty stale fries always. read more

This drive thru isn't what it use to be. The customer service from ordering to getting your food sucks. The employees are rude and unwelcoming. The employees look like they hate their job, they never have a smile or friendly facial expression. The employees aren't the only thing that looks like they have been given up on, the food is just as bad. The food presentation always looks like it's rushed on and not cooked right or made right OR the food isn't cooked all the way. It's sad to see this drive thru go down a downward slope. read more

Just stopped in at Sonic Seminole Tx. Well now i know why people told me not to go and waste my money. I love sonic but today 3 double cheese burger and all the burgers were old and re heated , you know when that hard crust builds up on the sides of the buger .
