We ended up ordering two burgers as the place is named after burgers and blues (nice to hear a Muddy Waters tune coming by as well) - both Bourbon and Downtown burgers were delicious, had a REAL angus Pattie (and that was appreciated by our tastebuds), a nice bun that could be compacted to edible proportions (we have seen way a lot worse in our lives) and all the fixings were fresh.
