Multiple times recently I have ordered from the app, only to receive the wrong items. I understand mistakes happen but this frequently seems like a personnel issue or lack of training. It is not just the fact that we pay for a specific item and we don't receive it, it's the aggregation of getting home to something that you didn't want or order. I'm not expecting anything to change at the Poteau Sonic, just letting others know not to leave without verifying your orders. read more

Absolutely the worst Sonic around my area . I made an order on the app for four drinks , I waited 15 minutes called on the intercom to ask about my order . When I got my order it was wrong , I didn't know this until after I left . They sent me a cup of ice for one of my drinks . The person whose drink they got wrong had to leave so I went back left the ice and ask for a refund " ok we will put it on your card" never got it . Ordered again tonight never got it . We ordered one large chili cheese fry and they charged us for two. Also we got larges but they look like smalls they hardly put any food at all in our orders. We won't be returning to this location. read more

Gave me the wrong ice cream (Oreo instead of Brownie batter) that was also melted. When I asked for them to remake, they told me that it was the correct ice cream (obviously not) but they'd remake it anyway. After 5 mins "manager" returned with the SAME ice cream as before (even the melted whip cream and sunken cherry) just removed my straw (from when I tasted it previously) and the lid now had yellow stuff on the rim. Gross! I was so angry I trashed it but didn't request refund as we'd sat there so long already. Will never return though. read more

I ordered a chili cheese coney and was later told they had no chili. That's okay. It happens. I then decided to order one of the ultimate burritos and ordered extra zesty sauce with tator tots and a sweet tea. I get home after paying over $8 to realize my tator tots were still freezing on the inside and my burrito had no tator tots inside nor any zesty sauce at all. I ordered extra! And then was absolutely none on there. The sausage was super greasy as well. And to top all of that off, i was given unsweet tea instead of sweet tea! Definitely do not recommend this Sonic. I have always like sonic but this time was terrible. Terrible dried french fries it seems like they just grabbed leftovers from the fryer not fresh at all. They need to retrain their employees on how to care for their customers. read more

AWFUL SERVICE AND FOOD!!! I'm not really want to want to do this but tonight and ordered a chocolate shake and a strawberry cheesecake shake. You know the fancy ones that come with the Dome top in the dollop of whipped cream and Cherry however when I got my order after waiting and waiting the lady brought them to me and they had flat tops on them and there was sticky Shake all down the sides of them man I asked where is the domev top and she said / out of them tops so I popped the lid on mine and this is the picture I took it it was barely half-full completely not mixed the most disgusting presentation of a product a company should be selling anyway and when I asked her well this doesn't look like a strawberry cheesecake shake this looks like something somebody half ate. Where's the whipped cream and the Cherry? She said ... we don't make them like that anymore. Well I got out of my car and I walked up to the window and I knocked until a man looked up and I guess he was some sort of the crew leader or whatever Sonic has he came out there and he was like what what's wrong with them? And I said well if you've eaten as many as me and my friend have these and you asked me to come get you one and I brought it back to you looking like this ... What the heck would you think? You would think somebody had helped themselves to half my shake. No I'm upset and I ask him can I just have my money back and he says no I'll make you another Shake I know how to make them. Well Lord and behold when he brought two shakes back they look like them shakes that are on their menu. They had the dome top, dollop of whipped cream, and a big old cherry. I really feel so pissed at this point I'm just hot , but anyhow just know that I'm not the only one who is had these kind of experiences at this Poteau Sonic, I'm not done at this I wanted my money back that's what it should have. Actually should have refunded my whole damn order but I'm not that's not what I was there for this is ridiculous this is what you get when you go to that Sonic. So I'm just giving heads up if you don't want to feel like this don't want to blow your money on a bunch of crap don't go there it's almost worth driving to Heavener. read more
