Service is often slow. I ordered in the app, when I went to pick up my item I was told they were out of that. I asked for a refund but was told they don't know how to do that in the app...ummm okay. I asked to see the manager so I could get a refund, was told the person I was speaking to was the manager Then I was told they should have the missing item back in stock in a couple days. Took my name and said I could come back and get the item then. Went back two days later, nobody had any idea what I was talking about and had no idea I was owed anything. The service was slow and they got our order wrong, we had to order an extra tot which added around five minutes to our order. The restaurant was the same as any other sonic, they had outdoor seating which were old and rusty. The food was overall good, the Oreo cheesecake blast was amazing. Food and service are terrible! First, we attempted to pull up to an order kiosk and no one would reply. We proceeded through the drive-thru and after ordering, a girl took our card, closed the window and disappeared with the card. My husband knocked on the window to ask for our card back and we could see the kids taking selfies while "making food." Our food was lukewarm. As an added bonus one of the cups was broken and spilled all over the front seat. read more

For the most part everything is good. I would rate this like a 7. Mainly because sometimes the workers are sloppy with making the food. Even with the food in the bag. It would sometimes be sideways (the fries would be in the bag and not the cup). Other than these issues I have no problem with Sonic. Like I said this only happens SOMETIMES not every-time. This is the second time I've come to this location. The food each time has been cooked really well. No half done food, not overly greasy like some and the outside was very clean and well lit. There were no missing lights and the parking lot was very well kept. The servers were nice and very helpful. The prices were very inexpensive and he food was seasoned properly and not to salty like most places. It's great to see people who take pride in their job! I would totally recommend! read more

One of the worst services I have had at a drive thru Sonic. Had to wait at least 5 minutes before someone would answer and then on top of that, not even on the second item I was ordering, I was told to slow down by whoever was on the intercom. Wasn't even talking very fast. Also I wasn't asked to slow down nor did I get an apology. If Sonic is trying to to hire people to help them fail as a business, congrats Sonic it's working!! read more

Absolutely horrible service. Ordered honey bbq popcorn chicken, tator tots, chicken tenders, sprite, 4 ranches and honey mustard. We were not asked how many honey bbq popcorn chicken we wanted. Did not receive the honey bbq popcorn chicken or sauces that was ordered. When it was brought back out I let the waitress know the sprite was bad as well. It happens but the eye roll from the waitress was what upset me. After waiting at least 15 minutes, we received the honey bbq popcorn chicken and they were cold. Also did not receive the receipt and asked multiple times for the receipt. Staff seems either not being trained well or managed well. If I could give negative stars I would have. read more

Ate here during happy hour on a road trip. It was surprisingly busy for what looks like a small town just off the freeway. The service was fast and friendly, the menus are all updated to take your credit card payment right there at the parking spot so the carhops don't have to make two trips to your car. My order was correct and all of my food and drinks were as I expected them to be. The only thing I would have changed is getting more napkins, but that's easy to ask for. read more

Is the Sonic restaurant, so there's really not a whole lot to get excited about here, but it is in a desolate part of the state and located right off of the highway next to a gas station. This makes it a convenient location to grab a snack to power you through on your long road trip to get wherever it is you are going. This sonic doesn't even deserve 1 star. Absolute worst service I have ever received. I wanted a refund for the crap they called food. They wanted the food back (though that is against any and all Restaurant policy especially right now due to Covid) but whatever I didn't want it. The health department can deal with that. Mind you we had already been waiting more then 10 mins for ketchup... I pushed the button numerous times and would just wait trying to get ketchup for my children. We are traveling, it's not like we have ketchup packed. But then they wanted to take the drinks back from my children and myself? That we had now been sitting in the car for 20 mins. Absolutely not. They claim I will receive a refund in 3/7 days.... Not going to hold my breath however being in the restaurant industry I was smart enough to get a refund Receipt so I can dispute the charge when y'all rude folks try keeping my money... do better. read more
