Once we were seated we saw that she did not receive a discount. This was a minor issue so no real harm there. The restaurant floor was dirty and most tables still had crumbs, residue left from previous customers. The men's room had no air dryer and the towel dispenser was broken. The water in the faucet came out in a stream the size of a couple of #2 pencil leads. The food was good but everything else was a poor experience.

It took several minutes before any of the workers decided to come to the register. They were…read morehanging out in the back area (you can see the open kitchen easily). The fries were overcooked to the point that they were very crunchy, basically like potato chips. The chicken was decent. It was frustrating that when the order finally came out we were missing half the order and had to go back to the counter multiple times to ask for the missing items.

I've had their small sandwiches before, and even though they're technically a small size, they've always been very filling and generously made. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. The sandwich seemed like it was missing a lot of the meat that I'm used to receiving. There was only one layer of meat, and it just didn't seem like it was made correctly. If I had paid nearly $10 for this sandwich, I would have taken it back because I truly believe it was not prepared the way it should have been. The customer service at the drive-thru was also disappointing. When I pulled up to the window, the interaction felt very awkward. I could hear employees talking amongst themselves, and I felt like I was barely acknowledged. When they handed me my order, it was done without much interaction--no thank you, no greeting, nothing. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. I understand that everyone has busy moments, but this visit was far below the experience I've had at Schlotzsky's in the past. I was excited to enjoy my birthday sandwich, but I left very disappointed with both the food quality and the service.

The cookie was also delicious. Nothing about the taste of this meal felt like it was from a chain. That said, the restaurant interior does give fast casual vibes. I took advantage of the outdoor seating because I didn't love the interior aesthetic. Also was a little dirty. Staff were friendly.

It taste like Waffle House is supposed to and is consistent. They are kind and the food is good a little waffle house it of course like everything else has gone up in price which sucks but it is what it is I guess. Tonight I had a somewhat odd order mostly a lot of sides and stuff not terribly complicated but just not a normal order. I want to apologize to the lady who was cooking my spouse swore up and down. They forgot sausage patties, which is something he apparently really REALLY wanted so I came back and got some more. I . Myself did not look. I don't normally have any trouble with things being forgotten or things being wrong at Waffle House so I apologize wasn't trying to get extra just he's apparently blind as a frinkin bat and doesn't know to move toast. Anyway, thank you I'll be back many times

One of the employees started pouring out water and bleach on the floor right in front of us, this made it really hard to eat because of the strong bleach smell. The same employee that was doing the bleach was also doing some of the cooking with the same plastic gloves that she was cleaning the floor with. After putting the bleach on the floor, we noticed there was a roach crawling across our table. 6:55 am.

The lady at the counter was friendly and I placed my order for a fish sandwich and fries. The combo included a drink, but I was sad to see that although they have sweet tea, no unsweet tea was offered. My food arrived in five minutes are so. The sandwich was pretty good. It included one piece of fish, multiple dill pickle slices, and tartar sauce. The waffle fries were overly crisp and next time I would choose a different side. They do have an offer available for a free one piece fish and fries with purchase of a large drink if you fill out the survey on your receipt. For a quick lunch, LJS did the trick.

Being that my wife and I sometimes just like to go to Danville, we always like new places to eat…read more AND we absolutely love Long John Silvers. So we headed to Danville yesterday because we had a couple of things to do before our cookout last night. While we were driving we were thinking about something to eat, (but who isn't thinking of something to eat when your belly is growling? Anyways we get to Danville and we say "Let's go to Long John Silver's!!" We pull in and notice that there are a couple of people inside and cars in the parking lot. We get to the counter and it looks like they have a Fish and Coconut Shrimp platter on the menu. We both ordered that. A couple of things we noticed. 1: The lady who took our order was friendly, helpful and since Long John Silver's was paired with A&W Root Beer she handed me a cold mug that I could put my Root Beer in. We got our food and 2: The food was hot, fresh and oh BOY did it taste good too. The fish was tasty, the shrimp was good and the hush puppies were hot as well. Almost burnt my mouth with the Hush Puppy being hot. But when you're hungry, what do you do? Last time we came here we couldn't go inside because a worker that was working in the lobby just quit and so they didn't have anyone to clean the lobby after guests left. I can understand that. Bad on the workers part who just left. I mentioned to my wife this morning about the food being really good here, can't wait to come back. Thanks Long Johns for being a GREAT place to eat Seafood.
