I went to Sonic this evening and ordered a medium M&M Blast with Reese's add-ins. It was around $7-8, which I didn't mind--until I got home and tried it. I couldn't even get through two bites because it tasted sour and old. It was absolutely disgusting and definitely not what I've come to expect from this location. If I could give this Sonic zero stars I would. I fill sorry for one of the night managers , can't recall her name , but she is nice just don't know anything about being a manager. The food is always horrible and the customer service is just as bad. If they mess your food up and you try to call , they will not answer the phone. I wish I could give zero stars. Waited fifteen minutes at the car hop with no service. Decided to go through the drive thru instead and no one answered for another ten minutes. Once I finally got service and paid they had me pull forward and wait an additional ten minutes for an incredibly simple meal. This location should be closed down. If they can't handle getting food out to their customers in a timely matter on a slow day I can only imagine what they are like when they are packed. read more

My daughter ordered the Asiago chicken club with just chicken, cheese & bacon...it came out with just cheese and caesar sauce, needless to say I sent it back for another sandwich! When the lady came back less than 2minutes later I knew something was wrong because it takes longer then that to cook fresh chicken like I had requested. I checked the sandwich again and it was the same piece of chicken with the sauce scraped off and had been re-cooked!! I push the red button and ask for the manager, The same lady came out. I asked if she used the same chicken that I had just sent back and she just stared at me then finally told me " if we did I assure you it was recooked to the proper temperature"!!! I explained to her how that was completely inappropriate and violated several rules and health regulations.
