It's also a place I've walked in and asked "where's your cheap-ass mixing Sake at?" and gotten walked to a selection of cheap ass mixing sakes, which were near the less than cheap ass sakes. Prices are a little higher than the Froog, they're not warehouse sized so I'm guessing that's the issue as opposed to just wanting to charge more. Parking is in the Kroger parking lot, here we begin our negatives: This parking lot is not controlled by TLC, Kroger, anyone renting space. It's part of the Willowbrook Commons shopping center. The owners of this have it patrolled every now and then. It's become known as the Murder Kroger parking lot in the neighborhood after one murder and several shot up cars. While these were outliers, the parking lot is not safe and won't be until they get full time patrols for a few months to discourage this being the parking lot for illicit activities and several people claiming to be homeless or stranded (most of them work the area on a regular basis). As such I generally suggest you limit your unarmed or unarmored visits to the daylight hours until the center gets its security act together.

They offer all the classic spirits, mixers, beers, wines, supplies and more...including a great selection of THC based drinks. We popped by out of curiosity and convenience, not needing anything, but we left with some ThC drinks, gin and some Fever Tree tonic. The store is well laid out, organized, clean and well kept...plus stocked! Service was friendly from entry to exit. Cashiers were nice, floor associates were friendly and even the guard had good energy. Pricing seemed standard on most things, not a big noticeable difference from other local stores, but the selection was unrivaled. Overall, I get why this spot is popular. It's a total vibe and I support it!

Parking can be a bit tough here. As the lot is shared and this place is always busy. You can use McDonalds or the neighboring motel for overflow, but I think that is frowned upon. Either way, be careful pulling in and out. Food is always on point and as expected. I love me some cheesesteak, whether it's a melt, bowl or omelet! And if you ever need a pick me up, that coffee or sweet tea got you! As with most WH, cleanliness is a constant battle. Conditionally, if it isn't worn, is it even a Waffle House? Overall, I am a Waffle House faithful, and will remain so!
