Every other sonic is great except this one. Takes like 30-45 minutes for one simple meal. Sloppy employees

we ordered upfront for food and we waited 30 minutes. We asked one of the employees what was taking so long and he says that a bunch of people showed up to the location which is a huge lie. less than half the lot was full, and there were probably 6 people working inside. THE WORST SONIC I'VE EVER BEEN TO! They got my husbands order wrong 2 times and my fries were cold and stale. They brought us out the second time "fresh warm fries" but all we got was hot stale fries. This sonic needs to go out of business because they have absolute terrible food & terrible service. Worst sonic that I have ever been to. I stopped in to get an order of a cheeseburger, onion rings, and a strawberry limeade. Very simple order. The lady comes outside because she can't hear me over the intercom, which was fine. I place my order with her and she goes back inside. 25 minutes went by and my order never came out. I thought it was odd that I had to wait so long because they weren't busy at all. An employee walked by and I stopped them to ask for my order. She said she would go and find out what was going on with it. Another 15 minutes goes by and she never came back out. After 40 minutes of waiting and wasting my time I left. I never got my order. I mean, it's Sonic. Who hasn't eaten here? Nothing incredible about this one, except the time frame it takes you to receive your order. By the time lunch gets to you, you are ready for the nexts days breakfast. Incredibly slow. Oh, and the typical cold fries. Holy crap the incompetence is running rapid through this place. We order something specific every time we come here and the surrounding sonics have no issue with it every time we order it here it takes 5 to 10 minutes to explain. I gave them 3 chances to be better and things was worst then the day before food was cold the coney was all smooshed and nasty and cold fries was frozen not cooked. What a bunch of idiots! We just pulled into a stall to order our food. Pushed the button, a lady ask for our order. We gave the order and were met with silence. We waited and pushed the button again. Finally a man asked for our order. We gave our order again.....silence. So we pull out and park by the from door. My husband goes in to see what's going on. There is a man and a women along with the manager inside. He asked who had taken the order and was met with blank stares. He said it was taken by a man and a women. They both just look at him so the manager says the man can take his order from the stall he is in. He explains that we have already tried that and can we just order again. The man messes up the order twice while trying to type it in so we decided, never mind. read more

We stopped here last Saturday morning. Our carhop apologized for the wait to place our order, explaining that there were only 2 people working that morning. Usually we enjoy sonic up north, but this location was terrible! We waited 15 minutes for our food and it wasn't even warm. They forgot our sauces and didn't give us any napkins. The drinks were also wayyy to sweet. Maybe you guys should stop hiring kids and start hiring people who actually take pride in their work. read more
