I've been to this location twice in the past two weeks thinking maybe the first day I went was just technical issues when ordering online. The lady then says it didn't go through while my card had been charged already. Then she tells that she'll "just pay for it" even though. My card has already been charged. Anyways. Today I went this morning. And I went to the online orders to put in the number it's already past the pick up time. But the stall number wasn't working and says on the app they are experiencing technical issues. Okay fine. I pull to the speaker box and let the lady know. And she tells me it's already confirmed it's just not ready yet.... I wouldn't suggest this location especially ordering online. However readying the other reviews I wouldn't suggest it in general. horrible customer service and the lady working the window is completely rude. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I ordered a large and a medium fry, along with a drink, and the experience was nothing short of terrible. It took 15 minutes to get two orders of fries and a drink, and the restaurant wasn't even busy. When we finally got the food, the fries weren't even filled up properly--both orders were barely half-full. On top of that, the fries were awful. They looked, felt, and tasted as if they were pulled out of the fryer just long enough to soften, then left to sit in cold oil before being served. This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've ever had. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. Do better. read more

The food sometimes is a hit or miss. The service is somewhat slow or quickly depending if its full or not. The atmosphere is okay.

Five of us went to the Sonic in Mansfield, AR last night 03/26/2023. We drove in and punched the Red button, then waited 15-20 minutes with no answer. I got out and punched the button on the next post to see if ours wasn't working and after 5 minutes no response. So we drove around to the drive up-no response. Management need to pay attention. This is the worst sonic I've been to. We asked for a chocolate milkshake and a cranberry half and half tea. We didn't get what we paid for. The chocolate milkshake tasted either rotten or had cream cheese in it. Either way, we threw it away immediately as we didn't think it was safe to drink. Also, my tea has zero cranberry in it. Needless to say, you don't get what you pay for. If you can, pass thru. I don't imagine if they can't even get their drinks right, that they would get their food right.. read more

Do not go to this location because they don't have a clue on customer service. They wait time is ridiculous and after you get your food it is wrong, They make you wait while they talk and joke with their friend. I don't see why or how corporate has not come down hard on them. Terrible service. Lady that is a little bigger with blonde hair took forever to answer the drive thru then we had to wait longer for our coffees and then she forgot something so we went thru again and she made someone else's food in one of the stalls and gave him his before she even came back up to us to ask what's wrong. We knocked on the window and she held up her finger and proceeded to make the food. Then she proceeded to tell us that they didnt have what we requested like she said they did in the drive thru. Every time I go, something is wrong with my order. By now I should know to check the bags before I leave. I drive 6 miles to get there and 6 back. This time the large order of onion rings were burned. I usually don't drive back but this time I did. They gave me a medium replacement. I told them it wasn't a large but they said it was. It was a medium! And i don't like driving 6 miles to return something! We've had cheeseburgers with no cheese, cold food, smashed food and just simply the wrong vegetables on burgers. Sonic is the place to go! I love their cherry lime ades. They don' t have these close to me in California, so when I'm near one while visiting mom, I go often and get the huge bladder buster size! Really great and low price too! read more

One star is over rating this eating establishment. I was at this Sonic on 8/4/18 with a friend of mine who is in a wheelchair. We placed a food order and was served a meal that was sub par. I had a glass of tea that was filled to rim with ice leaving very little room for the actual tea. I asked for a refill on the tea and was told that they could not give refills. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that she would get the manager to come speak to me, no one came. I asked to speak to the manager again and stated that if I needed to come inside to speak to the manager I would do so. A short time later another lady came out with a really bad attitude and her response to me was basically "tough SHIT". Also, we told her that she was dropping quarters everywhere she went and she sarcastically said thanks for telling me and went back inside the store. I summoned her back and told her I wanted the phone number to the regional manager, she gave me a phone number and told me to call him and that his attitude would be exactly the same if not worse. I stated that i would make the phone call and find out. When she went into the store I started video taping all the quarters scattered across the concrete and a man came out of the store, asked me why I was video taping and told me to turn off my camera and get off the property. I told him I was video taping so I could show the regional manager what was going on there and that we had already paid for our food and had been served and I was not leaving. He attempted to physically intimidate me which did not work and then he then told me to eat my food and leave. That is what i do every time I go to a restaurant. 1 * only because you can't give negative *'s. This has to be the slowest Sonic in America. Not just once or twice, but every time you go there. They either need to hire more help or close the doors. I get aggravated every time I go there. I know- just quit going -but it's the only place like that in the town. (I only go after I go to a ballgame in Mansfield) You can go through the drive through & order only a drink and you will be there at least 10 minutes. (Not waiting in line- setting at the window waiting for them to get your drink).
