I got their special the open faced beef with mashed potatoes for $14 and some change. I get it and its lumpy instant mashed potatoes, burnt tasting instant gravy, the driest beef you've ever had DISPITE the gravy, and the bread was like slime on the bottom of the beef like it had been sitting like that all day. When I asked for an exchange the older lady told me no and that she could sell me something else though. I declined. When I got home I realized I hadn't been clear about why I wanted an exchange and called to see if I could get a refund. The younger lady picked up the call and told me straight up rather rudely that "they dont do refunds" and then hung up on me. Honestly I dont think they will ever be getting my business again as they were incredibly rude and dismissive the entire time. 0/10 they are only known for ice cream for a reason.

The interior decor was very nice, with the walls covered in paintings of all sorts of breeds of cattle. The mural on the exterior wall was especially bright and cheery. I was duly impressed that they carried many varieties of Tillamook brand ice cream! They also had a few pastries available for sale. They no longer offer cold brew because there wasn't enough demand for it. For iced coffee, they will either dilute a couple of expresso shots into water, or they can use some of their drip coffee. I ended up ordering a large (32 ounce) hot drip coffee. It was tasty, refreshing, and cost less than $4.00. They even offer a customer loyalty program, and roast their own coffee beans. Three and a half stars, rounded up to four. If in the area again, I would again stop by this independent business.
