Unapologetically slow while getting the order wrong. Serves unmixed slushes. Do not recommend.

They tell you they can't make your order and take 45 minutes just to give you drinks. Worst sonic ever.

Thankfully, we're not so now we'll bring home over 1/2 of our delicious appetizer and almost all of two pizzas. This will feed us for days! We've found a new favorite pizza place in CO.

The kind of find that instantly makes you go, "Okay, noted. We're coming back." Service was friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming, not that fake-sweet "hi welcome in" on autopilot. Ambiance was extra cute too, decorated for Valentine's Day with that cozy, festive vibe that makes you want to linger. And the timing could not have been more perfect: it was Tuesday, which means $1 wings. Yes please. What we ordered Wings (6 total): half garlic parm, half honey buffalo Crispy, saucy in the right way, and the flavors hit exactly like you want them to. The garlic parm brought that savory, buttery punch, and the honey buffalo had a sweet-heat balance that kept pulling us back in for "just one more." (We all know how that goes.) Pizza (square style): half arrabbiata, half sausage This crust is the star. It's crispy on every edge like a classic Detroit-style, but the dough is what makes it stand out: light and fluffy, not dense or heavy. So you still get those deep, crunchy edges, but you don't feel like you need a nap halfway through the slice. It's basically Detroit's fun, less-committed cousin. Price: super reasonable for the quality, which honestly made it taste even better. Would absolutely recommend. We'll be back, no question.

Stopped in to see what all the hype is about. Getting out…read moreof the car the smell was amazing! Not super busy for 4th of July Saturday and we expected to wait awhile which we did not. We were second in line to give our order for dine in. The restaurant was as very brightly decorated and seemed to be very clean. Our order was taken and the order specialist was very helpful with telling us what was on the burgers to help with our decision. Our burgers and fries came out. She ordered a single animal style with animal style fries. I went double, double animal style with regular fries. My fries were kind of ordinary and the animal style fries were good but IMO nothing to write home about. Now to the burgers. I really liked it. I would give it a 4 out of 5. Super juicy, and I loved the taste of the burger itself. It reminded me a lot of Shake Shack with a cross between Freddie's and Steak and Shake. I would have it again but probably skip the fries. I am going to give this a 4 star rating because while it was good I still don't see the hype and probably wouldn't go out of my way for it.

I have only had one bad experience there but the food is delicious and consistent. I usually order a 3 by 3 with no lettuce or tomato with either raw or grilled onions. I always get my fries well done. So, if you want the opinion of a Cali girl, this location is on target.

I just wanted to pop on here and leave a review for this location, as it is well deserved…read more The kids and I were at the UPS store a few stores down doing Amazon returns and of course I was met with their cries of hunger moments later. I had never heard of Fat Shack, as we just moved here but as we were walking by, honestly headed to Smashburger, a sign on Fat Shack caught his eye, stating that on the store anniversary (the 15th) you can get a milkshake for 15 cents! I wanted to check out the flower/gift store next door first before eating so as we continued on our way, a man ran out and explained to us about the poster and how every month on the 15th he was going to choose an item to be 15 cents for that day. I thought it was really great to see such a go-getter attitude, you don't see that much these days (usually just get the millennial stare when ordering anything nowadays haha). I digress, after going to the flower/gift shop, I asked the kids if they still wanted Smashburger or wanted to try Fat Shack, especially after meeting the nice man. They enthusiastically replied Fat Shack! We went inside and the guy chatted to us about the menu and even obliged my request for bacon and jalapeños to be added to my cheese fries. He heard the kids liked milkshakes, and gave them a little cup to try the chocolate flavor out and totally spoiled us by also letting us taste the fried Oreos and funnel cake bites. They have coloring books and crayons for kids too which my daughter loved. To top it all off, my son, who in his own mind, is a burger connoisseur, declared his cheeseburger from here Top 2 in best burgers he's ever had (sorry, I don't think anything will ever knock in n out from its golden spot for him haha) so that really is sayin somethin! We will definitely be back for the good food and good company!

Let's get this over with: my Fat Shack sandwich was perhaps the worst sandwich I've ever had. Fat Shack is proud of their Shark Tank association; I read without surprise that Mark Cuban was the one who invested. Halfway though the meal, our opinion was just the opposite. My wife and I ordered a "Munchie Madness Platter" ($18) - mac-n-cheese bites, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, chicken fingers - and everything, including the sauces, was good! That was the high water mark. One bite into my half of the Fat Chance sandwich ($17), and my opinion of Fat Shack started falling like a rock. Soggy, greasy french fries for filler. Plenty of dried-out bread in every bite - that is, except for the outside, which was completely covered in sauce, making the edges soggy. Chicken fingers that didn't seem to belong there at all (live and learn). A single bite where I tasted the jalapeno popper. I was fine with the cheesesteak, but my wife thought it was awful. I ate most of my half of the sandwich, but felt disgusted for hours. Take this to the bank: I will never eat another Fat Shack sandwich. Finally: I know it' has been normalized, but that doesn't make it right to ask for a tip before any service has been provided. It's a total hostage situation. Did my refusal to participate result in a shoddy sandwich? Sadly, that's the best-case scenario. Otherwise, Fat Shack is doomed, because one the newness wears off, they'll still be serving remarkably bad sandwiches.
