From the moment we walked in, the overall lack of cleanliness was impossible to ignore. The dining area was neglected, with noticeable trash, napkins, and debris scattered across the floor that clearly hadn't been swept in quite some time. While that was already a major red flag, what followed made staying completely out of the question. As we were waiting, I noticed multiple roaches actively crawling along the floor and even scurrying up the walls near the seating area. Seeing an active pest infestation in plain sight inside the dining room completely ruined my appetite, and I refused to touch or consume any of the food. Cleanliness and basic food safety should be the bare minimum for any restaurant, but this establishment failed miserably on both fronts. I cannot recommend this place to anyone until management takes immediate action to address the sanitation and extermination issues. Save your money and protect your stomach by dining elsewhere. $32.32 wasted with no refund for the infested restaurant.

We were just passing through, but if we're ever in the area again, we'd definitely stop here for another meal.

The waitress explained the menu and gave recommendations. I went with the sirloin, basked potato and Cesar salad. I feel like that's a pretty standard order at a steak house. I'm going to be honest, I didn't enjoy any part of my meal besides the conversation. The baked potato was fine but I would've loved it to be baked with oil and salt, a little more flavor. There's steak was cooked as ordered but was tough, a bit bummer. My coworker got the ribeye and also didn't feel like it was a good experience. Overall I'm a little shocked at the experience for the price point I probably would've went to Texas Roadhouse or Logan's. To me it wasn't worth it and not a place we're planning to return to.

The cook noticed me and alerted the cashier. I got the Frog's burger and fries which ran just over 13.00. There was nobody in the entire court. I don't use ketchup, I just paid 13 dollars and you want to nickel and dime me 50 cents for something to dip my fries in? Keep the sauce packet. I will NEVER go back.
