Back one week later for 20% off for veterans wings. Got in here with wife around 11:30 and I'm not kidding ... the music was so loud we could barely hear each other speak as we stood next to each other. We got seated by our waitress, Amethyst, and I ask if they would turn the music down a few notches. She said no! She couldn't. I thought she was kidding but she wasn't. She said that Management was coming in anytime today and they are very specific about the decibel levels for sound that must be open to close. I told her that we were here last week and it wasn't nearly this loud. She attempted to assure me that it was (it wasn't). I told her I wanted to speak to management if they are here before we leave. I got mixed feelings from her about whether or not she would pass the word. This has been crazy and I know that I was not being unreasonable. My wife has fibromyalgia and loud noises are very hard on her but she somehow tolerated it. I have to add that Amethyst lacks a cheerful attitude. Maybe it's a bad day for her starting from my request to turn down the music (her attitude was , shall we say snotty) to bringing out the orders and she kind of came off annoyed that I had to ask for a separate plate to place our bones in. She was very attentive when it was time to pay though. She brought to-go cups of water and was cheerful. The wings were good, as expected, though. Compliments to the chef. read more

Stopped in for a "quick" lunch since we were in the area. I have eaten at Hooters in other cities and knew the food was mostly mediocre but wanted a cold beer so was fine with that. The two of us were seated quickly by our waitress. Ordered a beer and Dr. pepper. First round of drinks came quick. After that...nothing but downhill. We ordered cheese sticks and before our waitress got to the kitchen, she had to come back and ask us again what we ordered...so we again said cheese sticks. After about 25-30 mins, those arrived. During this time, NO ONE approached our table to check on us. My beer was dry by now and my daughter's soda was 3/4ths gone and the rest watered down. Finally cheese sticks arrived and we asked for refills. My daughter never got hers after also asking for one when our food came. My beer took 15 mins and was delivered by the bartender... Our food was a burger and waffle fries and chicken strips/wings combo. Burger was the only edible food. The waffle fries were so salty, as well as the wings...that they burned your mouth. The chicken strips were not fully cooked, I realized this after eating one...the second one tasted strange so I pulled it and the 3rd one apart and it was still pink/iridescent. We saw our server twice in about an hour and a half. When she brought my ticket, I told her the chicken was undercooked and she simply said, "I'm sorry." Stay away, there are better quality and better serviced restaurants in the area. Keep your money! read more

Hooters - Undercooked chicken Tenders and Breaded Wings Combo - Sports Bars Near Me - Little Rock, Arkansas

$50 wprth of assorted traditional wings, boneless wings, Buffalo shrimp was all cold. We were there on an off peak time like around 3 and the food all tasted like it sat around for an hour.there was latterly 3 or 4 people in the whole ace and the food all sucked and was again cold. Such a disappointment. It's no wonder Hooters is almost done. I miss it. I really liked the wings before the cooks got lazy and started to cook a lot of wings and then retry them as need and that's what this food tasted like. read more

I didn't think the fish taco was going to be as filling. The lil waitress that recommended it to me said she really likes it, I just wanted to eat fish for some reason. But I was surprised. It filled me and I couldn't eat my shrimp and fries. read more

This is one of the WORSE experiences that I have had. We came expecting to have a great experience. We were excited to have the wings. First, we were warned no carbonation. then there was hair in the food, we were then asked to show the hair to the manager AFTER the waitress looked at it and went to get the manager. I went to the restroom and there were "Hooter girls" (this is what another manager called them) standing around while another girl changed her tights. Once the manager got the extra young ladies out today the restroom. The one changing her tights left without washing her hands! Will I be back. No THANK YOU. If I could have done 0 stars I would have done that. read more

Went by with the crew to eat lunch. Got seated fast and drinks were at the table pretty fast. Ordered some food and all of it was spot on in and out in one hour and fifteen minute great job read more

Worst service ever, been here 30 min order still not taken. Absolutely ridiculous .......

THE absolute worst wings I've ever had in my life. No meat and absolutely NO sauce, dry rub, or seasoning on them. Ordered bone in-half buffalo and half lemon pepper. Don't understand how a kitchen could send these out (coming from someone who waited tables for 7 years). Pitiful. read more

My first time... The food wasn't bad at all. Our waitress was surly. None of the staff smiled. They all looked miserable. Is it the fact that they're waiting tables in one-piece swimsuits in the winter? Overall not a great experience. The food was the only positive. So I can honestly say that I only go for the food...not the girls. Unlikely to return. At least to this location. RE: owner response... I see several poor reviews for this location, mostly regarding the staff attitude/ignoring patrons. I was a waitress for many years, and management style and behavior sets the tone for the entire staff. My suggestion is to hire some new managers and do something to improve staff morale. These ladies would make a lot more money smiling and being friendly, but my guess is they aren't happy with their employment! Instead of posting the same canned response to negative reviews, why not try to make the changes!! read more

the food was horrible. The wings were cold. It looked like a bite was taken out of one. The service was horrible waited an hour and a half to get food. Took like 30 minutes to get a staff worker to give us a seat asked for refills twice waiting an hour for them and never got them I would give them a 0 star review if I could read more

Decided to try again. The last time we came no one came to greet us do we left. We almost left today but waited a few more minutes. Finally a dude showed up and said he packing a to go order. Once we got to a table we had to wait again. I believe they are short handed on this Sunday afternoon. Wings were good and fish tacos were also. They have got to improve in service. Millie is a great server and she is just awesome. read more

Business hours do not reflect accurately. 2 nights this week I stopped by for a late dinner around 11:00 thinking I still had plenty of time to find something to eat. CLOSED. Maybe stick to closing when you're actually closing. Poorly managed location. read more

So. I've never been to a Hooters before in my life but when you're flight comes in later than expected and most places to grab food are closed, and the place is literally walking distance from your hotel...it's a perfect time to try something new. Definitely looks like a fairly new location and while no one came to greet us when we walked in, we decided to grab a seat at the bar. A most wise decision. The waitress was a sweetheart and made sure we were good and comfy with our waters while we waited on our food. I decided to get a chicken garden salad with grilled chicken andddd ummmmm this salad was delicious!!! The spring mix of greens were fresh, the chicken was seasoned perfectly, the ranch dressing was heavenly, anddd there was cheese and croutons and tomatoes and cucumbers and my goodness. Like who goes to hooters and gets a salad???? This girl! Oh and I randomly got a side of Mac and cheese andddd whyyy was it sooo gooey and cheesy ands good too??? Sigh. I just didn't expect the food to be all good. I mean it could've been delicious because I was just hungry buttttt I'd like to think it was because this was just a wonderful first experience! read more

Waited to be seated and no acknowledgement from any wait staff! No Hostess, just an unfriendly atmosphere!

Hooter's makes you Happy!!! that's the slogan....and well this one did. First impression it's nice and "clean", a newer look that's very modern. The wings were quite good had the smoked wings w/ sauces Caribbean Jerk, Honey Chipotle and General Taos.... very flavorful. the wings were not anorexic they were very healthy meaty. The waitress "B" was friendly. Will be back to try the burgers and other stuff. but a good first impression. read more

Good menu, nice restaurants and good services. I had the quesadilla that is not offer anymore in all the hooters.

Slow service from a rude, apathetic staff. Waited for an hour while I watched them serve the tables that arrived wafted us. Never again.

We have gone to this Hooters on 6 different occasions; however, it continues to have the same problems. SLOW service and bad management. This was last nights bathroom. Food was good when it came 1 hour and 23 minutes after ordering. I would personally find another place to spend my mSo sad they can't get it together! read more

Terrible service!! My party of 4 waited about 45 minutes and still hadn't received our food. The server didn't approach our table to offer an explanation. Hooters wasn't busy at this time. It was a disappointment for sure! We ended up walking out and eating at Newks! read more

Garbage. Beautiful location. Great menu. Waited 45 minutes for the second half of our order. Asked for a manager and he never came although he was quick to come to the table to make sure I was old enough to order a beer-I'm 44. Kitchen needs managed. Food was cold and late and they weren't busy. Places like this prey on vacation and business travelers. Without them, it would go broke. If you're hungry, do yourself a favor and eat the carpet in your car. Co-Manager made ZERO concessions for cold and late food and acknowledged poor reviews. She didn't care. Server was sweet and did a great job. Too bad she works here although she looks the part of a Hooters girl. Go somewhere else and save yourself the aggravation. read more

When this location first opened I was excited that I wouldn't have to drive all the way to NLR to hangout and eat their wings & shrimp. But the service really hasn't been that great (before & now during Covid). Food is typically over cooked, small & then cold by the time it hits the table. I'll continue to eat here, bc of their sauces and it's still better than BWW but hopefully they take this review and better train their servers & cooks, for future customers. read more

Rude staff. Went today tables empty everywhere and was told it was an hour wait. I told them there are empty tables all over the place in here and she shrugged her shoulders at me while another one laughed. Walked out and do not intend to return read more

This location opens at 11am everyday! Big spacious bar, plenty of tables & over 40 televisions! The patio is covered with seating, ceiling fans & TVs. The sides of the patio lift up to open the space or become a climate controlled enclosure. The managers are very accommodating & the Hooters Girls are kind & hospitable. Wait times are not very long & the food is great. Definitely give this spot a try! read more

I might have to rethink Hooters after visiting this location. My first experience was in Indiana and I wasn't happy but Miriam was amazing and very attentive at the Little Rock location. I ordered the new smoked wings in Caribbean Jerk. It was amazing. I couldn't stop eating them. I was mad when one of the jumped out of my hands and mouth to the floor. Lol. Thanks again for an awesome after Thanksgiving family get together. read more

Pros: Food was awesome, even the crab legs. Beer was cold! Cons: wait was over an hour! Slow as a snail pace inside. Was seated quickly, but everything slow after that. Waitress was attentive but everything from drink delivery to food delivery was sooooo slow. Seems to be a continuing problem. Summary: if you have time, great place to hang out and eat. If you have a schedule to keep, go elsewhere read more

The food was nasty!!! Just so gross. The orange sauce tasted plain and looks like cat throw up. I order per Grubhub, I asked for medium sauce. I got mild at best. Absolutely no flavor at all. If I had wanted just plain fried chicken, I would have went to Popeyes. At least I would have had some heat and flavor. Paid almost $50 and got robbed. If you are looking for hot wings, I suggest Buffalo wild wings. After throwing this mess in the trash, I went to Buffalo Wild Wings, and great service and awesome wings. Plus I got to watch my games. Hotters soggy, greasy and no flavor. Buffalo wild wings full flavor with some heat. Awesome wings!!!! read more

What can you say about Hooters? Best place to catch a college football game while enjoying some of the best chips and queso and wings in the state. They have a tremendous selection of wings which are out of this world. We had 15 of the smoked wings with half done in the medium buffalo sauce and the other half in the Garlic Parmesan sauce. Both were exceptional. I also had a very large Mango flavored beer and then tried the Sweet Heat Margarita which was delicious. The staff was exceptional and did a great job with the amount of people that were in the restaurant. The servers were all beautiful and had such great attitudes which made it a very fun environment to be in. Best place for smoked wings in town is my opinion. read more

We checked in and the hostess sat our party on the balcony which was the smoking area. Lol??? Smelled terrible, we asked to be seated inside so waitress asked for help to put 2 tables together. No problem. That was much better then the smoke pit.. Waitress took our drink order and water and sodas came in 10 min but alcohol in 20ish. She then took our meal orders, after 40 min the waitress said the kitchen had to close down because they are so backed up. WTH??? Lol. We decided to get up to leave but a manager came and said no no waitress was wrong, shes new and we would get our food soon.. Food came out in 30 min, cold!! Total wait time for food was 1 hour and 30 min. We were a party of 8, we did not order anything crazy, mostly wings and one shrimp plate. Witress did not know which wings she was bringing out, we played wing roulette. Im not trying to be mean but dang this place is sucks, it was not a packed house. The manager told us shes giving us 30% discount but she did not say it only applies on food, (hahaha) not on alcohol. Total waist of time, money and energy. The experience was a disappointment to the Brand. read more

This girl called me weird about 69 times. She's hotter than a damn tamale but I don't come to these establishments to get shit on. Wings: decent, beer: fantastic. They're out of limes by fucking 8:15 so don't get any beer that will require so. If you get Captain Weirdo, just know, she'll make your heart melt and fuck your mind all at once. All around, I'll be back Update: we got limes read more

My friends and I (small group of four) went to Hooters at 11 PM last night, an hour before they closed, after finishing up a dress rehearsal for a show we're all in. Admittedly, we would've liked to go elsewhere but Hooters and Twin Peaks were the only 2 restaurants open at that time that had drinks. Upon sitting down and putting in a drink and food order, the manager came over and told us that last call Had already been called and the kitchen was closing down so they could not serve us food or drinks. An hour before they closed. Because we were all frustrated and exhausted, we decided to just go to Twin Peaks instead. I wish I had made that decision in the first place! The food was worlds better and the service was absolutely incredible the unfortunate thing for Hooters is that we tip exceptionally well above 20% and they missed out on that. We will never go back either! read more

Service was horrible. Very nice restaurant inside but poor management. There were dirty glasses all over the back bar and sitting at the bar when we arrived. Nobody greeted us after ten minutes of waiting. We asked other customers if they had such bad service and they also confirmed it was. It was clearly a management problem. So much potential. read more

Could not have had a worse experience. Sat down and ordered wings as apps for my family. After waiting 15 minutes for the water to arrive we placed our entree order. 49 min in and a single hamburger arrives. The four of us shared it and asked about the wings and the rest of our meals, manager did not care , server was arguing that she "put in the order" and finally brings it out ICE COLD. Would not recommend this place even to people I dislike. Terrible food and terrible service. read more
