Don't got to this Sonic if you want decent service. It's TERRIBLE. Placed a mobile order for two limeades and waited 20min. Couldn't figure out how to cancel in app so I drove to a free lane to press the help button. Waited and waited. Drove to another on the other side. Waited and waited. Finally walked up to the inside and they had downed system but 2 employees just standing there. They didn't inform anyone and ignored the call buttons. Ordered a cherry limeade and it tasted like old fruit, girl came out and straight off the bat gave me attitude and said " I watched them make it they didn't do anything to it " like okay? Absolutely embarrassed that I thought I could go to sonic and get decent ice cream. I got a blast last night and it was the brownie blast. I usually get a cookie dough blast and add m&ms, so this time I added cookie dough to the brownie one thinking it would be delicious. But it looked as if they only put the mix ins right on top of my cup... and I didn't even get any whipped cream. I ate 2/3 of it and most definitely had nothing mixed into my ice cream. I wish these workers would care a bit more and maybe even rewatch their training videos. read more

Well the slush is completely unmixed and white and the large honey BBQ chicken has about 6 little pieces in it.. last time I come here I ordered a strawberry cheesecake shake. I just ordered sonic through the waiter app. The food was only lukewarm. The breakfast toaster came with no cheese, my french fries were only half full, I got honey mustard instead of barbecue sauce, and the order took over an hour for them to make. I let them know and was told someone would be right out with my hot food... it's now 17 mins shy of 2 hours & I've had to call again for a refund. My goodness.
