I have feeling the locals call in orders to pick up. One thing I didn't like was that it was dark in here. Why? They didn't have the lights on. What's up with that. Anyway, there was a little sun light shining in thru the blinds but they could at least cut on the lights when a customer like me comes in. Anyway, I was the only one inside dining in. It's really nice inside with nice looking booths and tables. There's also several paintings on the walls I assume the owner likes. I also noticed a TV inside. To go menus are available at the counter as you check out. Some of the menu items are; sandwiches, poboys, wraps, salads, and several sides. The sides available are, chips, pasta salad, potato salad, corn salad and green salad. What did I get? I got a jalapeño pimento cheese sandwich. It was good and filled me up as I am about to pop.

We attempted to place an order that included this and were told they do not have GF pasta, the best alternative was GF PIZZA. When we asked for clarification from the manager, no apology, no customer service. Instead, this trash blames the server for ''miscommunication', then proceeds to tell us that they can make some GF pasta, but don't typically sell it. Attempted to make a slight alteration to my order and was then told, by our server, because bitchy manager Karen wants a flex, they cannot customize items on the menu. One employee told us that if we get sick from being served non-GF pasta, we should "take this place down". Shit dining and customer service. Seriously. Fire this trash manger or enjoy bankruptcy court.

We saw the shakes sitting in the hot sun when we were one-car behind the car that was picking up their food. If you have to wait in line for your order, the least they could do was make it when you pull up. But they're so concerned with keeping their drive-thru times down that the quality of the food suffers. News flash: your times suck, as well as how you handle food. Don't go here!

Anyway, I got a frosty. Unbelievable that I got a vanilla frosty which I never do. It was pretty good. Service: I can hardly understand the cashier coming across the intercom in the drive thru. You can easily confuse her if you ask for something out of the ordinary. I asked if their frosty's are still 50 cents. She said something about buying a key tag. I said I don't want a key tag, I want a "frosty". I don't know what she was talking about. Anyway, I got to pay window and saw an advertisement that if you buy a -frosty key tag- for $2, you can come back here and get a free frosty during all of 2018 with purchase of anything else. So, now I understand what she was talking about. I just wonder if this " keytag frosty" promotion is good at all Wendy's.
