If I could give zero stars I would. I stopped through here on a road trip with my fiancé. We ordered 2 combos and a la carte hot dog. Not only is the menu not properly illumined but the drive through speaker is damn near silent. Once we got to the window to pay we sat for about 7 minutes. We observed 6 staff members clearly not doing their job. They gave us food that was not ours and assumed we wouldn't check the bags and leave. We stayed in the drive through for minutes longer until someone poked their head out wondering what we were still doing there. Thankfully they switched our food but Jesus lord. I was exhausted after a long day of running around getting errands taken care of. With my energy tank on low I had the semi bright idea: Why don't I get some iced coffee at.....Sonic! Ehhh, I'm to blame for this decision. The coffee tasted like water, with a bit of caramel goop. There was so much ice inside of it that the entire water sugar goop was gone within 3-4 sips. Either it saved me from disappointment by getting it over with quickly, or caused disappointment for not giving that energy kick to make it home. With that said, the burger was amazing! I think it was a #1 but it did state it was new and improved. The reason? It how had ketchup and Mayo on it. Weird, but whatever pulls people in. The bun was soft, the flavors melted together, juicy the way I prefer it. It's great for a fast food burger. The tots were a nice crispy crunch too. The gal at the window was very friendly and kind. Don't bother with this location. The last two times my family wanted to stop and grab burgers and a drink, we were told that the drive in service was not available but we could use the drive thru. I just left both times because obviously no one cares about my money there or giving proper service. Too bad because between the two visits they lost what would have likely been $60 in income. This is the slowest Sonic I have ever been to. Usually, when you drive up to a Sonic drive-thru, and the person at the window is waiting on a large order, I've had the carhop come out to the car to give me my drinks-only order so that I can get on my way. At this drive-thru, I have never had this happen, but I have had to wait ten minutes so that I can pay for two drinks at the window. Last time I went, I ordered one cherry limeade at the pull-in. Ten minutes later, no drink. I finally left without my drink. Really, how hard is it to send out one drink in an efficient manner? Somehow, other Sonics manage to pull this off. This one completely misses the mark. This place gets two stars only because the food was average enough. Just don't drive through here if you're in any kind of hurry. read more

I have to give this place a one piece only cause I can't leave it zero. They never seem to get orders right. I order strawberry lemonade only to end up with strawberry limeade. Normally not a huge deal, but I hate lime flavored anything. We were too far away once I realized to do anything about it. They also forgot the ranch for my pretty dry tenders. They can't even get their orders right. The first time I went there I ordered a pork tenderloin with just ketchup on it & they ended up putting everything on it except the ketchup. The teen working inside had me repeat myself about 4 times because their audio system is garbage. I asked for no whip cream or cherry on my ONE vanilla shake and I got a cherry-garbage.
