This is the kind of breakfast that will "stick to your ribs" and be with you for a while, so you definitely won't be leaving hungry. It would probably be great for a hangover too, but I digress. I truly cannot recall what the wifey ate, but I don't recall any negative comments. My son got the pancakes and they were pretty big. Luckily for me, he let me sample them, and they were delicious.
