Maybe I just don't typically order fast food for the whole family (which is true), but I was shocked that for all four of us to eat at Freddy's it came out to over $40 and we didn't even order any extras. I know, that is still around $10 per person, but I don't know, I feel like I can eat at some nicer fast casual spots for that same price point and feel better later in the day. The interior has maintained much of its original structure. In 1943 the restaurant opened for lunch and dinner and still maintaining its 50s vibe. I felt like I transported back to the 50s. The owner was serving the customers working behind the counter and out on the dining room floor. The service was exceptionally great. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I ate a grilled cheese sandwich with pickles and chips. I took potato soup to go for dinner later. The food was amazing. It tasted like a home-cooked meal.
