I was on my way to an appointment so I wasn't able to immediately turn around and go back to the store. However, I did go back later that day. I showed the store manager (who had many piercings) the picture of the cookie with the earring that I bit into and she laughed. When I requested a refund she touched her computer screen a couple times and claimed it wasn't working. She did not seem to care very much. This store is disgusting and the personnel are poorly trained children. I will not go back!
