The only Thing Sonic is known for is their drinks and it should stay that way. I ordered the "slinger combo" which is supposed to be a nice meaty chicken sandwich based on the ad and my friend got a double bacon and cheese burger. The food came fast which I liked but the meal that I got in the end was the reason I had to leave this review. The slinger was obviously rushed with barely any mayo and looked very greasy with visible oil on the chicken and even more by barely squishing it. Also it's underwhelming for its cost as it's smaller than a McDonald's chicken sandwich and I didn't think you could get any more minimal than that. I think I ate more bread than meat before I finally got tired of the sandwich because it was just so disappointing. I'm not sure if this is supposed to fill up even a child due to how small the slinger is. I was very disappointed about the size as it looked bigger on the ad. The fries were good at least. My drink was overfilled with ice almost 60% when I checked. My friends burger was decent and he said it was really good. Although the cashier seemed to not hear me when I asked for no tomato on it. Oh well. Overall if you want fast food come here but don't get your hopes too high for the quality unless you're coming for their shakes because at least those are good. read more

This Sonic has always been pretty bad. 20-45 minute wait no matter what you order and the young girls always seem to be sitting around. My husband and I tolerated it, because the location made it the most convenient sonic to stop at. Not anymore. Yesterday I waited for 48 minutes for 2 medium drinks and a small milkshake. The man in front of us waited longer and was banging on their drive through window and honking his horn. When we got out of line and went inside there was no one at the front. I called out and after several minutes a young girl with brown hair came out. She was acting strange and didn't respond to my questions AT ALL. She just looked at me. I saw some drinks on the counter and asked if they were ours and could I have them. She threw them in a togo container and I suggested she talk to the man who was about to break the window. She opened the window and literally threw some fries at him and closed and locked it again. I asked for a manager and after about 5 minutes another young girl came out with black hair. She was giggling and also acting strange. When I said "excuse me" her face went blank and she just stared at me. I said you've got a line around the building and I've been here for about 45 min, your staff has been rude and I'd like to know what's going on. She stared at me for a long time again. I said I'd like to file a complaint and she rolled her eyes at me and kind of waved me off. When I called to speak to a manager later in the day (hoping to miss all of these strange girls) I was hung up on. The girl who hung up on me was supposedly the night manager and said her name was Stephanie. I don't think any of those girls would be upset if they lost their jobs and I think anyone visiting that Sonic would be thrilled if they did. We won't be back. read more

Okay. I created an account on Yelp just to add this review. STAY AWAY from this Sonic !! Very dirty, unprofessional, terrible service, and complete garbage! Spent 20 minutes at the speaker to order and no one ever talked. Then we drove to the actual window spent 5 minutes there and still no one came. Then we walked inside and was ignored for another 5 minutes before calling it !! I saw a lady come back to return her burger for it was dry and looked like someone dragged it through the microwave a couple times before forgetting it on the heat lamps. Very bad !! read more

I don't understand why sonic continues to tarnish its name and reputation with a franchise that don't seem to care about the brand. In business when something breaks U Fix It. You don't continue to take the cheap way out. If you run out of merchandise you replace it. If you don't have the right employees doing their best for the company and the customers than you replace them. You can't keep telling the customer you don't have an item. It starts to get old after a while. You can't keep having a broken down credit card machine on the outside and you make excuses to why you won't replace it.
