I bet you're wondering where the Reece's are. I am too. There were some on top, and then nothing. I'm also wondering where the Oreo pieces are that I paid extra for. Three different sonics in three weeks and none can apparently read. I will gladly pay more at DQ and get what I order. read more

If I could rate no stars I would. Why is the bread hard, sausage is burnt and the picante sauce is water. Workers are inconvenienced by having to work. Most items on the menu are not available. Sonic, y'all need to really look at your stores and staff. read more

Cooperate!! What are you all doing?!! You need to look at this location and possibly re-staffing or hire a new crew. Your cashier in the front has a horrible attitude! Her name is Jordon please fix it ASAP. She was upset with me for no reason. I simply was trying to explain to her that the burgers I have ordered which is a (#3) bacon double cheeseburger had pickles in it. The last 2 times I ordered I got pickles. She didn't allow me to speak, she immediately cut me off and kept saying "our burgers don't come with pickles!" So I said, ma'am what I need for you to do is please make sure the cooks back there know because they are not aware that the #3 burger should not have pickles! She got mad, stormed off and went to the back and yelled at the cook. Telling him not to put any pickles on the burger! Wow what kind of gross and unprofessional attitude is this?! I get will all have bad days but please fix this .. your staff I heard even threatens customers, the other night I heard the followed a man out and threaten to fight him! Are you serious?! What kind of crew is this?! I'm telling you the next time I come in and I am greeted or received negatively I will sue for racial discrimination and harassment. I watched her served other guest who were not black and she was so nice but with me( I am black) she was rude so I pray this is not a race thing! Feel free to email me and ask for details but as a previous manager to a large number of employees I refuse to ever let anyone Who works for me, behave like Jordon did today! How rude! My thing is if someone doesn't want to be at work then go home. As a veteran I wanted to put her in her place but I have learned in life to follow the chain of command so I will be reaching out to your executive office on Monday to seek help on this matter .. You all who work here should have a motto which should be treat others how you would want to be treated. I plan to call corporate on Monday about this because I live close by and I refuse to go to a different location simply because you have a rude and unprofessional employee! Fix it pls cooperate. This is a very bad look for your brand! read more

Customer service is trash. Whole establishment is trash. Why ask for ketchup on the app to not receive it in my bag upon arrival ? Hmm ? Like don't piss me off Sonic. Y'all employees need to do better. Trying to charge for a cup of ice for some limes AND DONT EVEN TAKE APPLE PAY OR ALLOW YOU TO ORDER THEM ON THE APP. LIKE WHAT AN INCONVENIENCE ! Wtf. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would, this is the second time we come to this location well before closing time and they are closed. I called the number and of course no answer funny thing is when we drove up the menu lights were on and there was a truck ahead who was I'm guessing waiting for someone to take his order and then all of a sudden the menu lights go off. This location sucks don't waste your time !!!! I'm guessing the owner of this franchise doesn't mind loosing money. read more

I have never waited this long for "FAST" food Waiting as we speak! It's been 32 min timing it. I'm currently at the window and she hasn't gave me back my card since Iv been here. I'm sure it doesn't take that long to charge my card. And on top of that I have to hear from the window how the car 4 down is a B****. read more

Sucks . They ALWAYS say to hold on give them a minute and they take 15-20 mins to take your order .

The only Thing Sonic is known for is their drinks and it should stay that way. I ordered the "slinger combo" which is supposed to be a nice meaty chicken sandwich based on the ad and my friend got a double bacon and cheese burger. The food came fast which I liked but the meal that I got in the end was the reason I had to leave this review. The slinger was obviously rushed with barely any mayo and looked very greasy with visible oil on the chicken and even more by barely squishing it. Also it's underwhelming for its cost as it's smaller than a McDonald's chicken sandwich and I didn't think you could get any more minimal than that. I think I ate more bread than meat before I finally got tired of the sandwich because it was just so disappointing. I'm not sure if this is supposed to fill up even a child due to how small the slinger is. I was very disappointed about the size as it looked bigger on the ad. The fries were good at least. My drink was overfilled with ice almost 60% when I checked. My friends burger was decent and he said it was really good. Although the cashier seemed to not hear me when I asked for no tomato on it. Oh well. Overall if you want fast food come here but don't get your hopes too high for the quality unless you're coming for their shakes because at least those are good. read more

The same 3 white ladies that always work the front seem to think that they are to good to work here. Never friendly, always looks sluggish, move slow and lack basic customer service. This Sonic has always been pretty bad. 20-45 minute wait no matter what you order and the young girls always seem to be sitting around. My husband and I tolerated it, because the location made it the most convenient sonic to stop at. Not anymore. Yesterday I waited for 48 minutes for 2 medium drinks and a small milkshake. The man in front of us waited longer and was banging on their drive through window and honking his horn. When we got out of line and went inside there was no one at the front. I called out and after several minutes a young girl with brown hair came out. She was acting strange and didn't respond to my questions AT ALL. She just looked at me. I saw some drinks on the counter and asked if they were ours and could I have them. She threw them in a togo container and I suggested she talk to the man who was about to break the window. She opened the window and literally threw some fries at him and closed and locked it again. I asked for a manager and after about 5 minutes another young girl came out with black hair. She was giggling and also acting strange. When I said "excuse me" her face went blank and she just stared at me. I said you've got a line around the building and I've been here for about 45 min, your staff has been rude and I'd like to know what's going on. She stared at me for a long time again. I said I'd like to file a complaint and she rolled her eyes at me and kind of waved me off. When I called to speak to a manager later in the day (hoping to miss all of these strange girls) I was hung up on. The girl who hung up on me was supposedly the night manager and said her name was Stephanie. I don't think any of those girls would be upset if they lost their jobs and I think anyone visiting that Sonic would be thrilled if they did. We won't be back. read more

Okay. I created an account on Yelp just to add this review. STAY AWAY from this Sonic !! Very dirty, unprofessional, terrible service, and complete garbage! Spent 20 minutes at the speaker to order and no one ever talked. Then we drove to the actual window spent 5 minutes there and still no one came. Then we walked inside and was ignored for another 5 minutes before calling it !! I saw a lady come back to return her burger for it was dry and looked like someone dragged it through the microwave a couple times before forgetting it on the heat lamps. Very bad !! read more

2nd time we've been to this location and both times lousy customer service and we will not be back! Fast food is no longer fast and customer service is not taught or blatantly disregarded at this location. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO GREET THE CUSTOMER IMMEDIATELY WHEN ORDERING AND AT THE WINDOW FOR PAYMENT! it's not rocket science to let the customer know why they're waiting. Today we went through the drive thru for drinks and ice cream cones and we were the only ones in line and it took 15 minutes to get thru. There's no reason for that long of a wait. 1 star is too much.... read more

This is the worst sonic I've ever been too. I've never seen so many employees that are this rude it doesn't matter what time you go. I live right down the street and this is my go to fast food stop. When I'm going to work i stop too get coffee and they answer WHAT DO YOU WANT? come home from work YES CAN I HELP YOU? There is a serious problem with the management here and really can't for the fuzzy tacos and Denny's to be open so they will lose all business. I just went to sonic to get a number 10 and they the lady was so rude i got out of line and went in to the BBQ place i paid 5$ more dollars to get better food and better customer service read more

To be perfectly honest this has nothing to do with COVID-19; this was a horrible franchise store prior to COVID-19 and it will be horrible after. I don't understand why sonic continues to tarnish its name and reputation with a franchise that don't seem to care about the brand. In business when something breaks U Fix It. You don't continue to take the cheap way out. If you run out of merchandise you replace it. If you don't have the right employees doing their best for the company and the customers than you replace them. You can't keep telling the customer you don't have an item. It starts to get old after a while. You can't keep having a broken down credit card machine on the outside and you make excuses to why you won't replace it. If you're going to run a franchise and represent a company's name, you have to do it the right way. In the end You lose customers; was it really worth it, just so you could save a buck. read more

Horrible service drove up was told to wait sat there for about 5 mins until I finally asked "what you want" after I asked for a number 10 she replied anything else?? Um ya how about asking what I want to drink or what size ?
