My orders recently have been messed up every time I go in…read more One time two of my drinks were missing along with all the sauces in my order, which was 3 different sauces, and the ice cream from the kids meal was missing. the manager fixed all the problems without any issues but it's crazy to me that so many things were wrong with just two meals. Another time from doordash the drink was missing which could've been the drivers fault but either way it was this store. Most recently an employee asked my name for the order and looked down at the bag with my name on it and walked away, I was already waiting 5 minutes to just tell her the name then waited another 5 minutes to talk to the next worker and she handed me that bag, all I got was fries and they were extremely cold. Most times I go there i'm missing my sauces or something is messed up either way i'm going to continue to shop but I wish these small factors could be fixed, have a good day everyone!

The employees here are always nice, but the menu doesn't seem to change much. The biggest issue I have with DQ is their prices. They have absolutely gotten ridiculously expensive. We went through the other day and got two small blizzards, as well as a mini. Even with a "buy one at regular price get another for .99 cents. Our order was over $16 with tax!!!! That means without the savings it would have been closer to $22 or $23; for ice cream?!!! Once Braum's opens here DQ has a hard road ahead of them.
