Still the absolute lamest Sonic in existence. I stopped because I wanted a drink. I had to pull into FIVE different stalls before I found a working one. The first four? Black screens. Completely out of order. And of course, none of them are marked. No sign on the screen. No cone blocking the stall. Nothing. So you start pulling into a stall, see the black screen, realize it's broken, back out, and try another one. Then another one. Then another one. Then another one. The fifth stall finally worked. Equipment breaks. Fine. But it takes almost zero effort to put a damn cone in front of a broken stall so customers don't have to play musical parking spaces just to order a drink. But that would require someone at this location to give a shit about the customer experience. Broken stalls aren't what pisses me off. Knowing they're broken and not bothering to mark them is what tells you everything you need to know about how this place is managed. This Sonic has been embarrassingly bad for years. Do not go here. Whoever "Corporate" is should be embarrassed & they are destroying the Sonic brand by not investing in this location. Many of the "stalls" don't work - the screen doesn't work or the credit card scanner doesn't work or the red button to order doesn't work, though the screen may indicate that the red button has been activated. When I asked why there isn't an out-of-order sign on the broken stalls, I was told that "corporate" won't allow that. Corporate also seems disinterested in painting and maintaining the place with functional equipment. I can only imagine how bad it is inside the store after decades of neglect. And this broken-down location has a reputation among the locals. It's no wonder their business has dropped off. So bad, in fact, that the big sign out front only reads "We are open." Not for long, I assure you. To be fair - The carhops are consistently friendly and seem understanding of their customers' frustration. Sometimes, they have to come take orders in person. And often have to take your debit card inside to process. The place is as clean as it can be, no trash outside. My guess is that the management and employees are quite good. And the food and drinks and people are not bad. But you may never get to place an order. I will never go back to this location. Avoid the disappointment and frustration. Do not go here. read more

A frustrating experience every single time. Waits for items as simple as drinks take ten to fifteen minutes because the store is perpetually understaffed. Multiple menu screens are out of service with no apparent inclination on the part of management to repair or replace them. Drink orders are often made incorrectly. This Sonic has no local competition, and the ownership/management sees that as cause to do the bare minimum for its captive customer base. A shameful display. read more

Continuing problems with getting orders correct. Today ordered Jr. Cheeseburger and not once but twice got cheeseburger WITHOUT. cheese.
