I saw all of the reviews on yelp and the before and after pics, on her website, so I booked a consultation with Veronica. She is highly educated and experienced and walked me through the processes my hair needed to get good color. She was thorough and gave me a time and cost quote as well. Super professional! They based this on semantics of a "trim" vs "cut". Instead of trying to reach a solution, they doubled down and said I signed a client form that outlined the price. On their website, they define a trim as taking less than 45 minutes, and a hair cut as a full transformational cut. They took two inches off the bottom, which took about 15 minutes. When I pointed out the time taken, they said they charge based on the service, not the time. Be sure to clarify what level stylist you want before booking, as prices vary. Total lack of transparency for new clients. Classic bait and switch. Poor customer service and bad business practices.
