We said that was fine as long as her hair wasn't soaking wet and she had curls. The perm was done, I left a 20% tip on my card and we left. She had curls when we left. The next morning she had loose waves so, we used mousse and a diffuser. By day 5, there were no curls at all. The stylist was pleasurable but with what my mom's hair looks like now it's obvious she did not do her perm correctly. So we've wasted $180 on a hairstyle that is no more. I feel like this salon should've had us come in the next day instead of booking same day and basically having a rush job done to ensure they closed on time.
