Every time would be a different one I would see . One messed up on a cavity filling that another had to fix and now I'm being told that it's so close to the nerve now that I may need a root canal in the future. I kinda feel like it wouldn't have been that way if the 1st person didn't messed it up. I never had any major issues with the front desk even though that's why my family stopped going. They felt they were rude and not professional. The reason why I decided to stop coming here after so many years is that they make it so frequent to reschedule appointments. Pretty much every time I ever try to make an appointment- they change or cancel. Some times I would be able to change - sometimes I can't because I work long shifts. I have to admit that I fell off the horse in 2021 with going because of getting Covid twice but after they canceled my appointment a few months ago and asked to reschedule- I decided that it might be time to find a new place. It's already not fun to go to the dentist - last thing you want is a hassle and being felt like you can always be rescheduled to them.

During my first two visits, I encountered issues with my insurance. Rather than assisting me in contacting my insurance provider to resolve the problems, the front desk staff member refused to help. As a result, I nearly was unable to receive treatment and experienced significant delays before finally getting my root canal completed. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was just as frustrating. I called in the morning seeking an emergency appointment for a tooth extraction. The office manager instructed me to come in to be evaluated and determine whether the tooth could be removed. However, when I arrived, the front desk staff member informed me that the office does not perform extractions or root canals. When I asked which doctor was working, she stated Dr. Parker. I pointed out that Dr. Parker had previously performed my root canal at that very same office. At that point, I was told I would need to be referred to another location. The manager then came out and initially explained that the office does perform extractions but might not be able to do one that day. After checking the computer, however, she changed her answer and stated that extractions are not performed at that location after all. The conflicting information, lack of clear communication, and apparent uncertainty among staff regarding the services offered are extremely concerning. Patients seeking emergency dental care should not have to deal with this level of confusion, especially when they are already experiencing pain and relying on the office for accurate information. I understand that not every procedure can be performed at every location, and I recognize that emergencies cannot always be accommodated immediately. However, I expect clear, consistent information and professional communication from the staff. After three negative experiences, I am very disappointed with the way this office is being managed and the lack of confidence I now have in its ability to provide a smooth and professional patient experience. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the communication and training issues that appear to be contributing to these repeated problems.

I decided to make an appointment. Got one within a week as a new patient. When I went- filled out my papers and in the chair in no time! I LOVED that I was given sunglasses to shield my eyes from the light! And I loved that the dentist does his own cleanings. And I like that he hums softly while he does his work. I like that he shows you your X-rays and tells you how it is and is confident. Even though this is my 1st visit- I really felt like he knows his stuff. Renee is the resident Invisalign expert, and she will go as far as you're willing to go for perfect teeth.
