Every time would be a different one I would see . One messed up on a cavity filling that another had to fix and now I'm being told that it's so close to the nerve now that I may need a root canal in the future. I kinda feel like it wouldn't have been that way if the 1st person didn't messed it up. I never had any major issues with the front desk even though that's why my family stopped going. They felt they were rude and not professional. The reason why I decided to stop coming here after so many years is that they make it so frequent to reschedule appointments. Pretty much every time I ever try to make an appointment- they change or cancel. Some times I would be able to change - sometimes I can't because I work long shifts. I have to admit that I fell off the horse in 2021 with going because of getting Covid twice but after they canceled my appointment a few months ago and asked to reschedule- I decided that it might be time to find a new place. It's already not fun to go to the dentist - last thing you want is a hassle and being felt like you can always be rescheduled to them.

I was looking for a dentist because my old place - I didn't trust any of the dentists ( although) I liked my hygienist. When my mom told me that he is super gentle and does his own cleanings. I decided to make an appointment. Got one within a week as a new patient. When I went- filled out my papers and in the chair in no time! I LOVED that I was given sunglasses to shield my eyes from the light! And I loved that the dentist does his own cleanings. And I like that he hums softly while he does his work. I like that he shows you your X-rays and tells you how it is and is confident. Even though this is my 1st visit- I really felt like he knows his stuff. Everyone was very nice - the dentist, the assistant and the receptionist. I was in and out in an hour. I still have other things I need to do ... but so far so good.

Renee is the resident Invisalign expert, and she will go as far as you're willing to go for perfect teeth. We've been on our journey together with Invisalign for just over 17 months (hard to believe!), but she keeps sending out for refinements as long as I'm willing to take them. The road to perfect teeth is long, but she's there with you every step of the way. I know going to the dentist can be trying and hard for many. Dr. Bogg has great bedside manner and she really cares about the health of your teeth. She is not all about the money, which I appreciate. She is thorough and gentle, which are both very important when working in my mouth. I never have a difficult time getting an appointment. In fact, the staff is very accommodating with squeezing me in when I schedule last minute appointments. The office is small, and Dr. Bogg is the only dentist there. However, it's never a long wait, and the office runs very efficiently. I also love that her children help out there occasionally.
