Unfortunately I need to update my review for this place…read more I had been a loyal botox client for over a year and really liked my injector. However, I always felt it was a bit unsettling how the syringes were always prepared in another room - the Botox vials were NEVER brought into the room, so I never for sure knew what I was being injected with. I never questioned this because I never had a problem. Until I did! I was injected earlier this year, right before going on a three week long trip to Italy. I wanted to look good on my trip and in all the pics taken. My Botox appointment was about two weeks before I left, planned specifically to ensure it had taken full effect before my trip. So, when it was days before and I STILL had ZERO effect from the botox (no numbness, no tingling feeling above my lip, no stiffness in my forehead - absolutely NOTHING), not only was I furious feeling like I had been scammed, but also scared at the thought of what was actually injected into my face!!! I was mad. But what could I do? Finally, the day of my International flight I called to find out what was put into my face. The doctor got on the phone and offered to have me 'stop by so he could look at my face.' As if he'd do anything. And, I HAD AN INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT TO CATCH! Do yourself a favor. Find another place. Spend a few more dollars - IT'S YOUR FACE! Or at least make them prepare the syringes in front of you. Check the Botox vials. Make sure they are real and haven't been tampered with. So disappointing. I wish I could take back the 20% tip I gave as well as the hundreds of dollars I threw away on who knows what!
