After the remodel was completed they added more checkout line filled with candy and junk, the front half of the store is now bbq grills not more hardware that all tradesman could have befitted greatly from. The paint counter is right in the middle right in the way and not one person in that store has ever been qualified to mix paint so that is just a joke. Everything in that store got worse. I have no use in that store at all now, I and everyone else will have to go 45 minutes each way to the next store. This slows down jobs and customer wait times it adds to their price total and I can't waste time going there and wandering around hoping they may have the thing. This is a terrible terrible slap in the face to trades people who actually keep your doors open. Hope you sell a bunch of grass seed and bbqs in January in northern Michigan what a joke.

You'll be surprised to learn (especially if you look in the back parking lot as well) how much you can find here. Depending on the season, they have everything from bird fountains and lawn decorations to snow shovels and salt. There's even an entire paint section. (They mix colors for you as well.) Although several of the staff members are helpful, Tina is the best. She knows everything they have by heart and can lead you right to it with her eyes closed. She happens to be one of the owners; that might not hurt. If you can't find what you're looking for, just ask! They'll order it. They usually get it for you in about a week. Sadly, I don't live in the area anymore, so if you're stopping by the store, I'm jealous. Enjoy!

She went to the front of the store and started chatting with a coworker. I waited. And waited. Finally, I went up to the front of the store, and on my way out the door I said "Thanks for your help." She replied very contemptuously, "You're so very welcome." I don't know, maybe they feel they have too many customers. If that's the case, I'm happy to help alleviate that situation.
