He makes the best little keg Tooth fish fried nuggets I have ever had. Excellent. He also makes this amuse bouche of broccoli with a peanut sauce my hubby LOVES! He LOVES this place & wanted to go there every night! Lol The owner is somewhat of a celebrity in Puerto Escondido. He likes to ride his motorcycle around town in a T-shirt with "SUSHI" hand written across the front & back LOLOLOLOL Free advertising! :)) Everyone loves his tenacity for life & admires his free spirit. The Fried Rice lacks flavor and everything else on the menu relies heavy on some sort of sauce to give it flavor. The reason I am giving it 3 start is becuase the service is really good.
