I stepped inside briefly. They had a huge selection of reptiles and aquatic pets. It was a warm day and I am sure the store is always kept warm but, the smell was overwhelming and I couldn't stay long. I am sure if you owned one pet it may not be as bad in your own home as long as you kept the cage or tank clean but, it helped me make my decision not to get one of these pets.

There used to be one guy here who did a great job and he hasn't been around now for maybe a year. This was a second chance for this remaining crew because their first attempt was laughable. Literally. Our poor little guy looked hilarious but we thought "Hair grows out right?" So we gave them another chance. Two chances were plenty. Never going here again. My little guy has a LOT of hair. I made sure his top and most of his sides were knot-free so they could keep some good length on him. I showed them a picture of what I wanted, a simple puppy cut about 1" long everywhere. They listened attentively and even took the picture for reference and then apparently DECIDED A BUZZ CUT WAS BETTER FOR MY POOR LITTLE DOG. I want to stress that I have brought him in more tangled and with more knots than I did yesterday and the gentleman who obviously does not work there anymore did a wonderful job. I went here for all of my live rats/mice, fish, and rabbit supplies for 8/9 months, loved the place…read moreminus the workers who are rude or uneducated, I live 40 minutes away. Mostly every weekend I would get live mice/rats, however I noticed something weird about a rat I had purchased, thought it was just a spot but come to find out their rats have fleas. It was a MASSIVE flea, which it takes time for a flea to get big. I knew at that moment this is why I have been battling fleas with my three cats for around 8 months because I had never in my life of owning cats have had that issue. Also probably why my ball python who never rejects has been rejecting. Told shop owner about fleas, they said they don't have fleas and all they could do was give me another rat, ( that probably had fleas too ) or my money back for the rat. I was more concerned of the fact Iv spent hundreds of dollars trying to help my poor cats stop itching. Plus my hungry/annoyed ball python. Stop going there all together. I now go straight through a reputable rat/mouse breeder, they are always healthy, plump, and are treated for fleas. Soon after I switched I was able to get rid of the fleas, my ball python is eating again, and I get rats/mice for a quarter of the price. Win win after all of the stress I guess.

First and last time there, my dog walked in and couldn't walk out. First time ever having to go to an emergency vet due to a groomer. Took him to a wonderful groomer today and what a great experience. I was still a little nervous, but knew he was in good hands. They have cats and kittens available for adoption from the local shelter (yes we adopted one). They have birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, sometime pot belly pigs, lizards, snakes and tigers. Just kidding about the tigers, wanted to make sure you were paying attention. If you are near Wabash, you really need to pay this place a visit. It is AWESOME!
