I asked for a tour…read moreof the place and was told that she couldn't give it to me because of medical reasons which is completely OK then she also told me they don't give them until after noon, which is also OK then I was asked by the owner of the place what I wanted to see specifically and I had responded to him that I just wanted to see the room that my son would be in the Manager then cut him off and told me ma'am I already told you that we aren't giving any tours at the moment and that we don't give them until the afternoon, which was extremely rude because I was answering the question that was asked. then as the conversation went on, I let it go, so I asked her if they had an informational packet to give out since they weren't giving any tours then she proceeded to say, ma'am we don't just give enrolment packets to anyone... excuse me. As if I would allow my son to go anywhere that would treat me that way up upon meeting plus it looked dingy in there. It looked small and the food looked disgusting as I walked away the owner walked after me and asked if I still wanted a tour and I politely declined. Absolutely ridiculous and terrible service. Also do your own research because they don't watch the children as they sleep a six week old died there of SIDS. I'm going to assume that's why they were rude to me because it was recent.

You won't loose any sleep worrying about your kiddos here. They are so wonderful. 5 stars, they utilize technology and send you updates and pics in real-time. I really appreciate the extra little things they do to encourage family involvement and bonding such as the family garden days and the picnics on the playground. The safety and security of the children and staff are a top priority. They have an excellent security system with lots of cameras to monitor inside and outside of the building. Nobody can enter or exit without the front staff allowing access. They take Covid precautions very seriously. They have a fancy video screen upon entry that takes the parent and child's (touch free) temperatures and scans for the presence of a face mask. BSA follows CDC guidelines to ensure that all precautions are being taken for the safety and well-being of the children and staff. I LOVE the classroom setup. It's just like that of an elementary school, each class has it's own room which is appropriate for each age group. They encourage learning, which is apparent in the learning resources available to each class. I feel that when my daughter graduates to Pre-K/Kindergarten the transition will be smooth because of the structure and setup of her classroom at BSA. I highly recommend BSA to anyone looking for EXCELLENT childcare. I feel comfortable knowing that my daughter is being well cared for.

After not being able to have children for over 15 years, I prayed that God show us a place where my child would be loved, taught, made friends, and care for as well or better than us. The directors, Ms.Shannon and Ms.Christina have been amazing; they answer all my million and one questions, and take the time to get to know our family and my daughter. They interact with all children, staff and parents in a professional and God loving way. My daughter's teachers, Ms.Mary, Ms.Yolanda and Ms.Makaila have the gift of patience and love for the children. I get to see on the cameras the interaction as they play, teach, and love each of the kids in the class. I often see the teachers running in the play ground, dancing with the children in the classroom and giving comforting hugs when a child needs it. My daughter is a picky eater and newly potty trained, so the teachers have taken extra steps to assist my daughter to ensure she eats and continues to thrive in going to the potty. We love picking up our 3 year old daughter and hearing about her day and how much she loves her school, teachers and classmates. This school also offers after hours care under the direction of Ms.Lindsey, who deals with a range of ages from 3yr olds to the afterschoolers She has activities to keep the children engaged after a long day, and I have seen her assisting with homework. My daughter sometimes joins her class if we have to work a little late and weather we pick her up or not, she has to go into Ms.Lindsey's class to hug her and say good bye for the day. We have also been able to join school activities such as Meet the teacher day, 1:1 touch bases with the teachers and directors, The amazing fall festival, the Halloween school parade and classroom party. All have been very well planned and detailed to include all children, staff and the families. As The Holidays approach, the school has other planned activities and we can't wait. God truly took our family to the right place and we are grateful for UKA.
