Wow there is some truly impressive photo art here. They are on multiple sizes of print. They have…read morethem in canvas, in medium and large sizes. Lastly on printed glass. The prices are pretty fair. The prices range from $28 to hundreds of dollars. The photos seem to be mostly Northern Michigan. From Northern Light to a Crane with her baby. From pictures of Pictured Rocks to dew on a flower. I wish I could have purchased a whole bunch of them. The service was laid back and very friendly. Overall 5 stars.

On December 10, 2021, Two kids see a photo, my brother asks the clerk if we can buy it as a…read moreChristmas present. Clerk tells us it is a 16x24 copy of a photo. We ask for smaller size but clerk says if we want it for Christmas we have to buy this one as there is no time for small copy in time for Christmas. He offers to prep the gift. We get to checkout and are charged $305.28 for a copy of a photograph. We give every penny to the clerk who neither explains this is purchasing "artwork", nor does he explain the owner has differing refund policies or what they are, nor explains purchasing a Christmas gift before Christmas voids the refund policy because the gift falls outside a window that is not identified as a returnable gift, nor whether a 14 calendar days, or 14 business days, nor if there are exceptions for holidays. But the owner himself today states in writing through social media to guardians that he does have a return policy then changes his opinion later stating failed to meet his changing criteria. I met that criteria as his business was closed for state holiday on Christmas. We returned to the store with the unopened print and witnesses within a couple days of Christmas on 12/29/2021. The clerk wanted to issue a refund but the owner on the phone said no. The owner further refused our request to talk to him on the phone, causing the clerk to be caught between opposing "policies". The clerk then asked to issue an (unwanted) store credit, but the owner said the equipment was broken and said I had to leave the print behind with contact info stating he would get back to us. Instead I went back and retrieved the print after initially leaving it there after realizing they gave me no receipt and no documentation of his agreement over the phone, and now could not trusted leaving the paid for, unopened print behind. Owner contradicted his own staff and his own "policies". At the end of the 12th day, I have a legitimate return today, 12/29/2021. Returned to store after opening on 12/30/2021 and again owner refused to speak to us on the phone. All receipts, timeline and accounting of this wretched experience is truthful. The clerk/owner knew the copy of a photo was a Christmas gift and they wrapped it for that purpose, so why not disclose that the gift bought before the holiday would not be honored as a return in their store's first open days immediately after the holiday? The business deserves the new, unopened print. I deserve a refund. Logan KM Our experience stands in truth. Lisa KM Petoskey, MI
